To enter the promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period. 

1. Send an email to [email protected] and include the following:

Your personal details (name, contact number, valid email address, a photograph of the product, your proof of purchase (receipt clearly visible) and postal address). Provide a brief explanation as to why you are not satisfied with the Maybelline product.

2. You will then receive an automatic confirmation email saying that we have received your claim (please check your junk email if you do not receive within a few minutes).

3. Once the refund claim has been processed, you will receive a refund cheque in the post. It may take up to 21 days for you to receive this cheque with Australia Post.


Aust. residents only. Persons under 18 must have parent/legal guardian approval to claim. Purchase Period: 1/8/21 – 11.59pm AEDT 17/1/22. Claims within 14 days of purchase. Final claims end 11:59pm AEDT 31/1/22.
