It goes on smoothly and without clumping, is buildable, and gives my eyelashes big volume and nice separation. I haven’t noticed it smudge, and it doesn’t give me any issues with my contacts, which is a HUGE plus since eye products tend to make my eyes water. This mascara lasts on my eyelashes all day. I also really like that it’s easy to spot in my makeup bag because the tube is yellow. When it comes time to remove it, most of it comes off with soap and water!

Over the years my eyes have become more sensitive so I am very pick when picking a new mascara. I was blown out of the water by this product as I did not need to use a lash curler or primer to get my normal results. This wore great all day and did not irritate my eyes at all! When it came to the end of the day I had no issues taking off this mascara. I was excited to see this product has also been released in a brown shade and I can’t wait to go buy it

I use a lash serum so they grow and that also helps them curl. Right off the bat I hated the wand. It was super clumpy and not separating like it looked on the package picture. Then it weighed my lashes down and clumped them without even looking clumpy it was weird. It made it look like I had about five skinny lashes. Normally if a mascara is clumpy at least it looks a little fuller, darker, or something. This did absolutely nothing and I wouldn’t recomend even if you have nice lashes.

It does a nice job of lifting my lashes and providing good separation and I find that my lashes stay curled up really well. The reason why it won't be my go-to mascara is because it really provides absolutely no volume and because my lashes are naturally sparse, I need a mascara that gives them the appearance of looking a little fuller and filled out.
It's not a bad mascara by any means and for someone who wants a great lifting and defining formula, I think this is a good choice.

I want to start off with I love Maybeline mascara. My favorite is Volume Express The Falsies. The two products are very similar. However, I have purchased the Colossal Bubble twice now and have gone back to the Falsies both times. I use waterproof mascara to hold my curled eyelashes. Colossal doesn't dry quickly and causes my curled lashes to straighten out. I love that Colossal is very thick but tends to dry out fast. I've purchased from two different stores and both times the I got the same effect. I am over 60 and a lifelong Maybeline user. Colossal Bubble just isn't for me.

Because of that, it does take a bit longer to dry, so you’ll want to be cautious not to blink or sneeze too soon, or it might smudge.

However, once it sets, the wear is impressive! It’s long-lasting, smudge resistant, and lightweight. I also appreciated the buildable formula; after the first coat dried, I could easily apply a second layer to boost length without any clumping. Overall, a great option for a natural, flexible lash look.

I had high hopes for this mascara, and I am sadly disappointed. It claims to not smear, it’s supposed to be buildable, it’s not supposed to flake, and it’s supposed to be waterproof. It is none of these things. Right out of the tube it’s clumped up on the wand right in the middle. There is so much product on the end of wand you have to wipe it off. It smears really bad leaving black residue under eyes. It flakes almost as soon as it dries. It leaves the lashes feeling stiff and clumpy, when you apply it. It’s definitely not what it claims. It’s definitely not worth the money.

At first was so excited to try the viral colossal bubble mascara but once I tried it , I was honestly disappointed! It’s messy, smudges and clumpy. Eye on the other hand was not impressed with this product. The mascara tends to clump up on my eyelashes and it clumps up on the applicator.. I’ve seen this product have claims that you don’t even need to curl your eyelashes before using it as it has a 360 curling power, but my lashes after using or straight even after using eyelash curler I feel like the mascara way down my eyelashes. I think that this product has potential Maybe it’s an issue with the stopper and the applicator that too much mascara is being added onto the wand. I normally love Maybelline mascara is with this one was just not it for me.

I do like the size and thickness of the tube itself. This feels like a thicker mascara that I’d want to use for a more dramatic effect. However I can see it clumping for that reason. I will keep it in my line up but probably not repurchase just because when I wash it off at night, it leaves a lot of residue behind and I will need to double cleanse.
