      Not very pigmented.

I didn't find this Maybelline New York City Bronzer to be very pigmented. I did try and build it up but this just wasn't the right shade for my skintone. It's just not dark enough to be a bronzer.

It does smell lovely like cocoa but unfortunately it just wasn't right for me.

It would be best suited to very fair skin tones. If this does come in darker shades I would purchase one of those as the formula is nice and the powder is micro-milled and it's quite affordable and available in chemists and supermarkets.

      nice cool tone bronzer/contour

Cool tone light bronzer – I just started using bronzer in 2020 and people raved about this one. I’ve used this for several months and it is nice. I use this as a contour, and it is fairly foolproof. I use the lightest colour and it goes on nicely with a loose brush and is easily built up as needed. It stays put all day, I also use primer and lightly powder my face afterwards. The only issue would be the packaging. I’m very careful with all makeup yet the lid broke off after only having used it for a few months.

The Maybelline New York City Bronzer is a great drug store option for skin tones that don’t fit the one shade fits all colour options from other brands. The four colour shade range is impressive yet limited so still may not be completely inclusive. The texture is silky smooth, I believe because the powder is so finely milled. \nThe compact is reasonably sized, and the product is so far lasting really well. \n

      Doesn't even show up

I have very fair skin, and often find even light brozners are too dark... but this doesnt even show up on my skin. I find that i am really digging my brush into in and it there is just nothing on my face. Shade i own is Light Cool 100

(Light Cool 100) I am a pale neutral skin tone and find it hard to get a pale bronzer that doesn't have a stark orange, red or pink undertone as I find these just don't work for me. I need a pale neutral bronzer and although this says Light Cool, it really isn't cool toned, I find it's more neutral to leaning warm.\n\nThe powder is very smooth and silky and blends out like a dream and doesn't look dirty or muddy on my pale skin.  The only criticism I have is that you need to go in a few times with a brush to build to even natural coverage and I don't always have the time to build my products up over and over.  \n\nThe finish is lovely, it's not a flat, chalky, matte finish, it has some life to it although I wouldn't call it a satin finish, it is quite a pretty semi-matte finish.  I do enjoy using it, just wish it was a little quicker to lay down the colour, although I'd prefer that to one that laid down too much!\n\n

I'm very glad that I tried out this bronzer from Maybelline because it the powder is very fine and blendable without looking patchy. The bronzer sits well on top of my foundation making my face looking natural and healthy. The powder feels very lightweight and doesn't look cakey or dry on my skin. Such a beautiful formula at a super affordable price.

The pigmentation is really good and the product applies well. The pan is good for the price and you get a lot of product for your money. I found the product blended very well particularly near my forehead. On my cheeks it can be a bit patchy but other than that I think it is a great product but definitely use a setting spray to avoid a powdery look.

      Not very good

Bought this in March for my school ball incase I had to do my own makeup. I still use it or try to but never noticed much of a difference in colour. Until I brushed some onto paper and absolutely NO colour went onto the paper. I did it on my arm too. Only a bit of glitter…?

Don’t recommend but if a money waste..

One of my favorite bronzer and contour from Maybelline. It worked well with any foundation I use. It glides easily and leave a beautiful shiny look on my both apple cheeks. It’s not patchy and you can touch up your look with just one simple dab. \nI love how it has mild cocoa scent too. Great product! \n

Love this product. Great colour, long lasting! Such a shame that every single time I've bought it, the lid snaps off having only used it a couple of times so I have to keep it in a separate bag so it doesn't get broken in my main make-up bag.
