Maybelline Moisturising Serum Lipstick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, so I tried Maybelline's new serum lipstick in shade 002, and I have to say, I'm pretty impressed. What's cool about this lipstick is that it's like a lipstick and lip balm had a baby – you get the colour you want, but it also keeps your lips super soft. I hate when my lipstick makes my lips feel dry, but this one is seriously moisturising. It stopped my lips from feeling chapped, which is a big win for me. Plus, the shade 002 is just perfect. It's one of those colours that you can wear with anything, whether you're just chilling or going out-out. It goes on really smoothly, and I love the smooth finish.

It glides across my lips with zero drag while the rich pigmentation provides full opacity in just one swipe. As expected with a satin finish lipstick, it's not transfer-proof, but it wears off evenly and leaves behind a gorgeous blotted effect. I also like how I'm able to easily mattify the lipstick to increase its longevity without losing any colour payoff. Maybe It's... Intense is a beautiful deep burgundy shade that truly makes a statement! I really love this formula and can't wait to collect more shades.

Intense" and wow what a gorgeous shade ! 104 is deep burgundy rose color with a satin finish that's perfect for the autumn and winter months for me. It compliments my complexion so well and looks gorgeous when on . It has a creamy satin finish that looks beautiful . The formula is great ! It feels comfortable on my lips and is highly pigmented . It provides up to 8 hours of hydration due to its blend of oils and hyaluronic acid. This has quickly became my favorite lipstick right now and I'm definitely going to buy it from now on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging of this new Maybelline Moisturizing Serum Lipstick is really pretty, minimal and aesthetic. The soft matte pink case with the big “MAYB” embossed on it looks so cute and clean. I got the shade Maybe It’s Soft 106, it is a perfect soft rosy nude that looks good with any makeup look. It's an everyday shade you can wear without thinking too much, not too pink, not too brown, just a really flattering natural tone.

The finish is satin, so it gives a nice healthy shine without being too glossy. My lips get very dry in the winter, and this formula feels super hydrating. It contains hyaluronic acid and an oil blend, and you can actually feel that moisture. It glides on really smoothly and doesn’t cling to dry patches.

Even though it’s a serum lipstick this doesn’t take away from the richness and pigment of the colour. It gives my lips that perfect pop whilst also hydrating them throughout the day. It leaves my lips smooth and shiny. The serum leaves my lips feeling nourished without feeling too heavy on my lips. I’ve had no problems with my lips drying up or cracking whenever I wear this product! Highly recommend!
