[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received the Maybelline Lifter Stix Multi-Use Face Sticks to test, and I’ve been really impressed. The creamy, hydrating formula glides on smoothly and blends like a dream, leaving a natural finish. It’s great for quick makeup routines and super easy to use. I’ve been using one of the lighter shades as a highlighter, and it gives a lovely, subtle glow without any glitter or heaviness. I also tried the lightest shade under my eyes and was surprised by how well it brightened the area without creasing or settling. I believe the darker shades would work amazing for contouring and will definitely be looking into purchasing some.

The creamy texture makes it very easy to blend with blender or even just fingers. It is perfect on my dry skin in winter that it does not cake and floats on my skin. I am surprised this stick sits on my skin better than other more expensive brands. The light weight foundation feels breathable as well that I forgot that I was wearing a make up. It is natural but with a sufficient coverage and skin colour correction.
Happy with this product and will definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved this Lifter Stix. I tried it in 3 different shades and found it is perfect for highlighting (lighter shade) and contouring (darker shade). I tried also blending these with a Lifter Stix shade that closely matched my skin tone. Although this evened out my skin tone and provided good coverage, it created a matte finish and a bit too heavy for my liking. However when using the products simply for highlighting and contouring, blended with my illuminous tint I like to use, they were perfect! Resulted in a luminous/dewy natural look. The Lifter Stix glides on so smoothly and is easy to use and blend. Now part of my daily makeup kit.

I’ve always struggled with getting the perfect blend of contouring sticks and these were fantastic! The formula feels creamy going on, but once blended it melts in so naturally without leaving harsh lines. Shade 05 worked perfectly to brighten and lift, while 55 and 70 gave me that warm sculpted contour that really defined my features. I liked how buildable they were too—I could go soft and natural or layer for more definition. Super easy to use and very flattering, definitely going to be using these in the future!

I would definitely say these products perform better as contours as the concealer shade was rather shear and so isn't ideal for coverage but is perfect for highlighting. The darker contour I tried also seemed to perform well as a bronzer and many days I wore all 3 together without any other face products. The result was a natural finish with a beautiful healthy glow. Very easy for days without foundation. There is a slight scent to the products, actually reminds me of Dubai chocolate. At first I found it delicious but may not be for everyone. It is only very subtle though. I would recommend.

I tried three shades—one lighter for under the eyes, a medium one for foundation and concealer, and a darker one for contouring—and all matched my skin tone well. I’ve recently started using the Maybelline Lifter Stix Multi-Use Face Stick, and it’s honestly been a pleasant surprise. I didn’t expect much at first, but it’s turned into one of those products I keep reaching for. It goes on really smoothly—super creamy—and blends like a dream, whether I’m using it to contour, highlight, or even out my skin a bit.

I highly recommend shade 55 for light to medium skin tone. I use this over my foundation and it glides on so easily. I use a brush to blend out and it really warms the skin on my cheek bones and also around my hairline.

What I love is the colour it’s not muddy but a nice golden glow. If I want a more golden glow I opt for shade 70.

So buttery and soft in application they don’t mess up my foundation and they last the day with setting spray.

After trying more expensive I prefer the formula and shade of the Maybelline Stix. Highly recommend will be repurchasing.

The darker shade I used as a bronzer was very pigmented and was easy to blend/build for the right amount of colour. It went on velvety smooth and did not leave patches when blending. Although it applied a thick layer when applying it did not feel heavy on my skin and lasted all day.
When using the medium colour as a concealer it provided great coverage without leaving any build up in my eye creases. Same as the darker shade it blended out well so was not visibly noticeable. For the lighter shade as a highlighter, my only negative is that i prefer a shimmer in my highlighters.

I have combination skin and I found the stix hydrating which is most likely due to the creamy texture and formulated with cranberry seed oil.

I received 3 shades to try and each shade was a perfect match to my skin tone. Firstly, the packaging is great. I love that you can see the actual shade through the lid as it's clear and it's very aesthetically pleasing. These Stix cover, contour and highlight and they blend seamlessly and have a light-medium buildable coverage when using as a concealer or foundation to cover. They have covered any blemishes that I have very well - even red ones.They are super creamy and blend like butter. I'm so happy I got to try them.

They have a really creamy texture that applies and blends exceptionally well. I found that the colour also builds well and helped to both cover some of my skins imperfections while contouring at the same time.

These stix are great value with great coverage and colour that lasts well. I don’t spend a lot of time applying my makeup in the mornings so found these stix really easy to use and a welcome addition to my morning makeup routine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as part of the Review Crew. I got 3 shades, 2, 3, and 5, and I’m pretty pale so shade 2 was a good match for me with 3 adding a bit of colour and 5 being a good contouring shade.
The sticks are so creamy and blendable, I used a brush but you could use your fingers or a beauty blender too. They lasted all day and didn’t oxidise or really even settle into any pores or fine lines.
The only downside I could see is because you do tough them directly to your face there’s some contamination but you could always put them on a brush first to avoid that.
Overall I would definitely recommend this product.

The ease of application of this product was definitely much better than other products I have used, with it gliding smoothly onto my face and blending in easily with my foundation. I used a beauty blender to apply this product, however it could just as easily be applied directly from the stick. Overall, this is a great product that I would definitely purchase again, with its ease of use and compact size making it perfect for any on the go applications. I would recommend this product.

The colour match is great, and they apply really well. Super easy to blend with a sponge or brush. It's a light coverage so best for a more natural look but could be applied multiple times for a more heavy look.

My preferred application was with a beauty blender/sponge.

My only gripe would be that there isn't much product in the stick itself but it would probably take you a while to get through it unless you used it every day.

This will become a staple in my everyday routine and I hope they have blush colours coming out. I love all of Maybelline products as they are beautiful and affordable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got gifted three of the lifter stix to review in exchange for my honest feedback and i used this over the last two weeks I chose three shades to mix and match, and i was surprised at the effortlessness and easy of blending these cream sticks which lasted basically the whole day. The colour did not oxidise; and it was easy to blend and apply. The size of these are great for touchups in your purse; and they don't clog up the pores. The cream based texture meant that it didn't feel too dry and blended well into my skin. As a foundation, the stick won't last long but they're a great travel friendly option. I love the stix as a highlighter as well as using it as a contour.

Who doesn’t love the cost effectiveness of a multi use tool in their bag!

I mainly used it as a concealer for under my eyes, each day. I found the applicator to be useful and easy to use with minimal fuss, but to achieve best results I blended with a brush.

I found the product to be lightweight and creamy and blending multiple colours easily without looking cakey on the skin.

They were so smooth which is a nice change compared to other cream products that are thicker and harder to blend. I preferred the bronzing shade than the concealing stick as I prefer a liquid product for my under eyes. The stick is great value for money because you get so much product for $30 whereas higher end brands sell a very small stick for $50+. As someone with oilier skin I did notice some transfer but that is to be expected. I would most likely not repurchase as I am loyal to my Mecca Max sticks but I would recommend them to others, especially the bronzer stick.

I was really excited to try them because I liked the idea of using three different shades to try contouring and highlighting. Unfortunately shade 30 was too dark for my skin tone and I was unable to use it. I had a similar problem with the other two shades in that they were a little too light for my skin tone. I was a bit put off by the smell at first because they actually smell like my kids' crayons! The product itself, though, is very easy to apply and seems to blend easily. I think if I found the perfect shades for my skin tone then I would have a lot more luck testing this product.

I have asian skin so it is always handy for me to use these blendable sticks to lift and angle my face shape. They are pretty much shaped like crayon sticks with the twisty bit at the end and you draw them on your face so lift your face. Super easy to use and works with on top of primer and moisturiser. It is very creamy and I just use my fingers to dab into my skin. I've used them under my eyes, for the cheeks to be lifted and on my forehead. It is such a versatile, multi-tasking products. Very easy to use and blenadable. Great for popping in your bag and touching up when you are out and about!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Maybelline New York lifter stix are easy to use and glides over the face, but I found for my aging skin it leaves a powdery finish even after applying moisturiser first (maybe ideal for younger skin). I like that it’s not messy to use and would be great to take away when travelling as it's compact and versatile.

To blend I found a sponge was ideal but had to apply it a few times to actually get a reasonable cover to hide a few spots and ended up having to blend with my existing foundation.

I feel the price is quite reasonable and as there are numerous shades to choose from anyone would be able to find the necessary shades to suit as a concealer, highlighter and countour.

It is a good product for contouring and highlighting and allows you to achieve a natural sculpted look. The product can be built up a little to diversify the look that you are going for, and can provide a more dramatic look with repetitive use. I would not recommend for coverage as the product is very thin and doesn't offer effective coverage for blemishes. The stix do seem to run warm and even the neutral colours lean quite orange which is something to keep in mind when choosing colours.
