SUPER STAY MATTE INK LIQUID LIPSTICK

This product is amazing!! It is very pigmented glides on so easily. It has a creamy texture. It claims to be matte, but in my opinion is more of a demi-matte. It is extremely bendable for an ombre look as well.. The fine tip applicator is perfect for precision. The only draw back, is that it stains your lips. I removed it shortly after application since I only wanted to check the color out, and my lips are now much pinker than they normally are. Not the same shade as the lipstick though so not terrible. And I even applied a lip primer first. Even with that, it still is easily now one of my faves!!! I would definitely recommend this product.

It went on smoothly and lasted throughout my 12 hour shift and some even lasted through my sleep. I would definitely purchase again. It didn't feel very drying and I didn't have to use a lot of product to get a high color payoff. It's safe to say @Influenster and @Maybelline hooked me up with this #MaybellineMatteInk lipstick. Influenster is awesome for sending me this for free in my vox box! I'm always looking for new colors to use. Plus this product only transferred a little at first, but after it dried down completely, transferring stopped. Fabulous!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Talk about SuperStay! This is definitely the most long wearing liquid lipstick I have tried! I loved the formula of this product, it was matte without feeling drying. I also really enjoyed the sleek packaging and the pointed applicator wand made for a really easy application. I would highly recommend this product. When removing this product, I recommend using an oil or micellar water to remove this product as it can be difficult to remove. I can't wait for Maybelline to come out with more colors in this range. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite lip formula is a matte liquid lipstick so I was so excited when I received these in the mail. These Maybelline SuperStay Matte Ink™ Liquid Lipstick in the shades Lover and Pioneer are perfect for summer. The formula at first seems to dry down satin but after a couple of minutes it was completely matte. Didn't have any cracks or crumbles like some other liquid lipsticks I've tried. Stayed relatively long I did have to reapply after eating lunch. My tip would be to have a bright shade like Pioneer stashed in your purse. You can literally wear just mascara and a bold matte lip and you're ready for summer. This was sent to me for free

They lasted all day and didn't dry out my lips when I took them off. The applicator helps to reach the corners of your mouth while also allowing you to have the precision that you want. I was sent two shades and they work really well for my skin tone. I was sent the shades Pioneer (20) and Lover (15) and they look amazing on me. Pioneer is a nice red that doesn't make my teeth look super yellow and discolored. Lover is a nude-pink that brings out the green in my eyes and I love that. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: Shade Artist has a polished design with its silver top and fuchsia bottom. The applicator feels soft and glides on lips with no resistance. Shade Artist’s hue is bright and when it is applied it heightens my self esteem. Shade Artist has the right about of viscosity and moisture. Shade Artist does not easily come off, as stated on the product “Super Stay” the lipstick was made to last all day.

Con: It is a challenge to open Shade Artist without splattering the lipstick somewhere. Due to the tight nozzle, the applicator does not easily come out. Each time I use the product, I need to clean up the splatter the lipstick left behind.

The best way to apply this lovely product is to gently wipe off the excess product off the wand, then begin applying at your lip lines, filling in your lips gently and evenly. Keep in mind, this is a very strong holding product and the thicker you put it on, the more apt you are to make it feel sticky! Let your lips dry while you do the rest of your makeup or dry your hair. This works for me every time and it stays on all day and night! Remove with a gentle cream remover or vaseline, so you don't chap your lips. I suggest a good cloth makeup remover used gently if you are traveling! The two shades I got are absolutely beautiful and I feel I really look good with them. It makes me want to wear color on my lips almost every day! It definitely is easier to apply than their 24-hour lip stain. But, to be honest, I prefer that one. This new one doesn't last as long and feels very dry but sticky after it dries if I don't coat it with some sort of chapstick afterward. And, it very easily wipes off. But, I'd definitely recommend it for the variety of color. It's still better than wax lipstick!

The bold colors of the packaging resemble almost exactly the color that is applied. These liquid lipsticks are apply nicely with arrow applicator. They also have a nice scent with is a plus. They are truly long lasting and comfortable on the lips as long as your avoiding oily foods. No marks left on cups or eating utensils. These colors are pretty both in particular Pioneer. These liquid lipsticks most definitely exceeded my expectations and caught the attention of my boyfriend the moment I tried them on. Would recommend to others to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Holy Only! I am a big fan of matte floppies and have spent so much money on expensive brands. This stuff is better than anything I've ever bought! First of all the colors I got were gorgeous (I got 2 for free in my #voxbox from @influenster) I have pioneer and lover which seem like great colors for any skin tone. They are really easy to apply, dry fast and don't get sticky. I've had lover on all day and it still looks great after eating and drinking. What I hate about matte puppies is the drying and cracking, guess What? ZERO DRYING OR CRACKING!!!!!!!!! This is my new favorite lipsticks ever! Maybelline SuperStay Matte Ink™ Liquid Lipstick

Love the maybelline New York superstay matte ink. It does exactly what it says; lasts a very long time. I loved it, so easy to apply especially with the wands unique shape. It was easy to line the lips with it then just fill them in. Comes in 10 shades; love all of them!! The matte lipgloss has a very intense colour. After I would use it, I would apply a bit of lipbalm as I found the lipgloss to be a bit dry. Very affordable and it's a long tube so it'll most likely last a very long time. What's great is that you won't have to touch up... It's matte. Would recommend it for people who are looking for a variety of shades and long lasting lipgloss.

I have a preference for matte finishes however I normally purchase higher-end & prestige Brands; with that said, this truly exceeded my expectations.

Both the color and pigmentation are fabulous and the finish is spot-on. It also has staying power so I didn't have to apply frequent retouching as I had feared. Not only have I found a new Beauty Bag MUST-HAVE but I've also found a new love who's much easier on my billfold!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, this product packs a punch for an inexpensive price. It's one of the least expensive lipsticks in my collection and one of the absolute best. It stays on through eating, drinking, smooches... what can't it do? It's actually kind of difficult to get off! I swatched on my arm and ran water over it while rubbing it with my fingers and it didn't budge. Even with handsoap! On your lips, it may transfer a very small amount but it'll still look fantastic. It looks matte but you can barely tell you have anything on your lips. It's not dry at all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really love these liquid lipsticks! They dry matte and aren't sticky. They also stay on really well! I've used them a few times now and found that they last throughout the day--even through eating and drinking. Didn't find myself needing to touch it up until later in the night (after like 10 hours or so of wearing). And even then I didn't *really* need to touch it up. It had faded only a bit but still looked fine. I will say I prefer the Lover shade I received over the Pioneer--but that's just me. I usually don't wear brighter red lipsticks as much as more nude/neutral shades. It's still a pretty color though and I plan to make use of it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good lipstick if you're looking for an affordable liquid with a matte finish. The applicator is shaped with a point on the end so it is easy to get the Cupid's bow shape perfectly. The only downfall for me was that the applicator did not apply the product evenly. I tend to get clumps of product in one area. It is easy to smooth out though so it's not a deal breaker for me. It has a very sticky feel before dry but once dry, it just feels like a matte lip. If you're looking for a moisturizing lip, this is not it. But if you want something with a matte finish that will last a long time, this is it! Not to mention that it's extremely affordable.

It was okay. I always get excited to receive lip products, especially matte ones because my husband can't stand it when my lipstick comes off on him and I hate the sticky gloss feels.
The brush is a little weird, like it has a hole in the middle, which I'm not sure why. The color goes on smooth and has a nice vanilla scent, but it took a while to dry and continued to have a sticky feeling even after it did. It dried my lips out really quickly, and was REALLY difficult to get off. I had to scrub a ton, and it didn't even come off all the way. The color was nice though!

I love Maybelline Mat Ink, I own four colors and love 3 out of the 4. I have Loyalist, Dreamer, Lover, and Pioneer. I love the Loyalist, Lover, and Dreamer shades, but I don't really like Pioneer. I would recommend this product to my family and friends. Unlike other lip colors that claim to be long lasting this product actually is! To those that like a shade of bright red I would recommend Pioneer. Others like me who like natural colors I would recommend Lover, Dreamer, and Loyalist, they are in the pink shade, but aren't bright like the Romance shade! Hope this review helps others make their decisions about wanting to buy this product.

Give it a 3 star for a nice color and nice packaging. I was excited when I saw these lipsticks on youtube and I thought yay another lipstick I need to get my hands on. I am a lipstick junkie after all. Well let let me tell you this lipstick was a total disappointment. Texture wise it lacks smoothness. You definitely feel like there is something on your lips and not in a good way. I loved the color even though it really didn't go well with my skin tone. I just wish it wasn't so sticky. It felt like I have glue on my lips. This is my 100% feedback. I feel the only reason why they are getting hyped up is because some people are getting them for free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The most impressive thing about these liquid lipsticks is the staying power. Although it doesn't survive a really oily meal, it can last a whole day otherwise! The formula is not too drying either which is a huge plus for me since my lips tend to crack whenever I wear liquid lipsticks. I'm not sure how I feel about the applicator though.. Not that it doesn't work, but I just think a doe foot applicator would work better. The reason why I took one star off was because the color "lover", although very pretty and natural, made my teeth look more yellow. Pro: I loved the color. The color matched my skin tone so well. It dried really fast and I did put 2 or 3 coats to make the color pop a bit more. The color lasted all night

Cons: after it dries and I put my lips together, it is SOOO sticky!!!!! I di not like the sticky feeling. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO TAKE OFF?? I understand the matte-ness bur i do not believe It should take so long to remove it. It took me almost 5 minutes to take the lipstick off.

I loved the color but the process to take it off I was not a big fan. I will probably not try this product again.

⁠⁠⁠I had the chance to tried this 'cause a friend received the Lover one for free in the Splash VoxBox. I'm in love w the shade, it's a nice dark pink that probably looks good in every single person, plus it lasts forever, even after a few drinks, it didn't fade much which is unbelievable 'cause it's so affordable. The sad part is that I had to take a star off the rating 'cause even though it looked spectacular is not 100% matte and 15 minutes after aplication it was still kind of sticky which for me it wasn't a pleasant sensation. I would still recommend it and probably buy one for myself until I find a lipstick as good and as cheap as this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the shade “Composer” and I absolutely LOVE IT! The color itself is just gorgeous, the formula is very comfortable and DOES NOT BUDGE. I wore this for 16 hours during which I ate pizza, drank from glasses, gave lots of kisses, and my lip remained PERFECT. I did not have to touch up AT ALL.

The only thing to note is that there is a bit of a learning curve with it. Make sure you shake it very well, apply only a thin layer, and let it FULLY DRY before touching your lips together otherwise it will stick and flake. Ince it’s completely dry though it is absolutely immovable in the best way possible!

I can’t wait to buy several more shades!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start out by saying I am not a liquid lipstick person. I usually end up looking like a 3 year old who got into her mother's makeup. For some reason though, I had no problems with this product. I received Hazelnut Hypnotizer and at first glance, I thought it might be too brown or too dark for me but when I wore it, it just complimented me so well. (And I'm a redhead. It can be tricky!) It went well with almost every color and is now my favorite lipstick on my vanity and it's even coffee scented. (And I get Ipsy so I have lipstick up the wazoo.) Perfect for fall and again it's one of those colors that would compliment literally every skintone.

This product has tons of staying power. The swatch that I did on my hand stayed on through dishes and multiple handwashes. This also rang true when I wore it on my lips. It stayed for the whole day through food and conversations. One thing to note is that it is a touch sticky. Enough to notice, but not enough to make me hate it. If you're a person of color with a skin tone around NW43 (like me) or darker, I would recommend lining with a Cork or Nutmeg when wearing this product. It creates a much smoother lip color when lined.

And the formula is lovely, I haven't yet fallen in love with a drugstore brand liquid lipstick, but I have with this one! It was very simple to use, the applicator is rounded with a pointed end, making it easy to line the lips first. It is more of a velvety matte, and stayed put for several hours. I did apply mine after using a lip scrub, and I believed that helped with application and lasting power! I already plan to purchase more, and have told a few people to try out the product! I love it! The formula is thick, which meant that there was no streaky application, and it felt wonderful on my lips (sometimes liquid matte lipsticks can be drying). The applicator is the best part about the product. The build of the applicator made it easier for me to apply the product to my lips. The only complaint I have about the product is that, although it is a pretty color, Lover did not look good on me at all. I think that it is a shade that best compliments light to medium skin tones. Pioneer complimented my skin well. That being said, I would buy this product because of its long staying power, look, and feel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where do I start with this product? First off the color is absolutely gorgeous and the range of colors is awesome! But and it's a huge but, whenever you apply it. It feels so sticky. Like your lips literally stick together. You think it's going to go away after it dries but oh no. It's stays sticky the whole time your wearing it. It doesn't really transfer if you are careful but if you like take your hand and smear it. It will smear all over your face. For me if seemed to never dry down to a complete matte. Also this was difficult to get off, you will have to use the remover or an oil based remover. Lover: Extremely long lasting. Had little ti no transfering the entire 16+ hours I was wearing it on my lips. It didn't crease, crack, or have any build up issues. It did feel mildly tacky which went away with some transparent powder.

Pioneer: I noticed a little more transfer than lover but it lasted. My lips did start wearing off especially on the inner corners and closer to inside my mouth much faster than Lover did but still wore amazing.

Overall, these were both amazing products.

I swatched them when I first got them in the mail and the formula is beautiful. Its nice and creamy, but not too thick that it feels goopy. I also really like the applicator. They also smell like cupcakes to me and I think that's yummy haha. They are very long lasting as well, and did I mention pigmented? GUUURL so pigmented. I really do enjoy the shades I received, they are the exact colors I would go out and purchase myself (and I probably will restock when I run out of Lover because let's face it, that color is beautiful.)

When I first opened the lipstick the smell of it reminds me of coconut lotion compared to all the other lipsticks. The wand applicator is not like any other applicators. It's kinda looks like a teardrop so that you can get to the little area easier.

The color on the package is not the same as the color inside. I was a little disappointed that the color wasn't as deep as I expected but with a little mix and match it will work perfectly.

When it says superstay it really lives up to its name. Once it's dry it will last you all day and you barely have to reapply. It's not a sticky product either.
