/1/ Do the most important tasks first, not the task that will make you feel better.
If you spend your day completing smaller tasks, you may be validating yourself but you’ll be too spent to do the big important tasks. You’ll always have high priority tasks that cause you dread!
/2/ Get everything out of your head.
When there’s A LOT happening, your mind builds up a giant “I have to do that!” list. Instead of feeling overwhelmed and stressed, write oncoming thoughts down on paper to clear your mind.
/3/ Plan outfits and makeup the night before.
Don’t let mornings be ruined by stained clothes or missing make up. Flex swears by prepping the night before so you know exactly what you’re doing. Cause let’s be real, no one knows what they’re doing in the AM.
