TattooStudio™ Liquid Ink Eyeliner

I purchased this item and Maybelline HyperSharp Wing Liquid Eyeliner at the same time to see which was better and I found the HyperSharp to be superior!
The Tattoo Studio Eyeliner smudged off nearly instantly.
Waste of money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stuff works GREAT. I have a wing on a daily basis and swear by my Wet n Wild liquid liner but this might take a run for its money. The brush is very thin and precise (a MUST), and the formula isnt gloopy like the W&W one can be. It doesnt budge or smear through the day and survived a 2 hour rock climbing session and an 8 hour shift at work. With that in mind, it washes off super easily and doesnt leave any residue like other ones I have tried. The only downside is the handle is a little awkward for what Im used to, but I would absolutely recommend this. (I received this complimentary for testing purposes, but all opinions are my own)

I’m genuinely confused with the good reviews this eyeliner has. I genuinely HATE it. I’ve been trying to make it work for the past two weeks and I just can’t. It’s a weird rubber like formula. If you go over it just once it clumps up and pulls off chunks of the eyeliner like a glue. Even if I do get a nice clean line with one swipe, when I put my mascara on, if any eyeliner touched my lashes, the mascara wand pulls the eyeliner right off. After a few uses, it dried out in the bottle and is all clumpy. Just awful. I’m annoyed every time I try to do my makeup now and end up having to start over. This is going on the trash and I wouldn’t use it again if it was the last eyeliner on earth .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product complimentary via #maybelline and #influenster for testing purposes. I was pleasantly surprised with this eyeliner! With the packaging, I was expecting it to be a pen, but it's liquid. I'm more of a stick liner or pen kind of girl, but I really liked the way this liquid applied. It was easy to use and glides on. It stayed all day through a hot, humid work day, and I'm always oily and tend to fuss around my eyes! I love the patent finish of it, others may not be too keen on that shine of the finish. Overall, I really liked it. My only dislike was that the applicator tends to get too much product and you really only need a little bit, or you'll end up with a big glob.

I bought two packets of Tattoo studio liquid Eyeliner and both types failed to stay on for even up to 5 hours long, sure some stayed but it did smudge and just come off during the day.
I also bought the same Brand Eyebrow Tattoo which was suppose to last up to 24hrs or so, and that also did not stay on, nor even tint my brow in the way the videos show. I always had to retouch my brows with other eye brow pencil during the day.

I'm very disappointed, because of the costs i have lost in purchasing these products; because i bought them so i could wake up looking good and so i did not have to think about my makeup for the rest of the day; lastly, because I always trusted products made by this company.

I keenly look for this product in every shop I go to trying to find my next refill as I LOVE this product and BROWN is sooo hard to come across; but what is going on? I reached for my new packet and there is something wrong. The product appears to have separated. It's definitely not the same consistency, colour, stay proof, and everything else I've come to love with the previous 4 bottles.
Please tell me how I can refund this purchase and WHERE I can purchase another bottle of BROWN Tattoo Studio Liquid Ink Eyeliner. I have the product in black but it is way too harsh on my face.
