Lash Sensational® Waterproof Mascara

I absolutely love the Lash Sensational Mascara that is NOT waterproof, it gives me both length, volume, and curl. My eyes are very small so false lashes are not an option, ya girl has to work with what she has. This formula is ok, it is FOR SURE waterproof. Like if you want to swim with mascara, by all means choose this. It doesn't separate my lashes as well as the non-waterproof version. I feel like even with oil my lashes fall out because I am scrubbing them so hard to get this off, but it ultimately ends up under my eyes.

I got this mascara recently because it had good reviews on google. After using it I was really disappointed for a few reasons. I am lucky to have naturally long lashes, so mascara definitely adds a lot of “wow” to my look. This mascara, however, makes me look like a clown. The formula clumps 5-8 lashes together to give me a spidery eye look. Even using my fingers I can’t separate them! Even worse, it doesn’t come off at all. So I accepted this and gave it a fair shot by trying it a few times. Just today in the shower a big clump of lashes came out. Maybe this product works well for some people, but it just doesn’t work for me. I need something that will coat each lash individually rather than clump them together to give the illusion of volume. The picture is DAY 3 of unsuccessfully removing the mascara.

It stays on, which is great. It builds the lashes and makes them look long and full, which is also great. Whats NOT great is that this is a very liquid formula and it smears like crazy if you dont wipe off the applicator in the tube and apply gently. What also isnt great is that I use a micelles water designed to remove waterproof mascara and its still not removing it so I resort to using coconut oil to remove it. Ill try the washable kind. But waterproof isnt worth it.

I was very excited to try this mascara because I'd seen and heard great things about it and it sounded like it was suppose to do everything I wanted, however, this was not the case. The mascara was hard to apply as the applicator is super tricky to work without turning your lashes into a clumpy mess and was a lot of work to make it look like the full fan effect as it has advertised. The only good thing about it is it holds its curl well and is long lasting.

This is the best mascara I've EVER used. I prefer waterproof formulas because they hold a curl very well and seldom require reapplication throughout the day, but I've tried this both in waterproof and regular, and I adore them both. What I love most about this is that it isn't clumpy, and that it really does fan out lashes like it says it will. It's buildable, and it provides very good length. I will say that ideally, to make lashes look as full as possible, it should be used in conjunction with a volumizing mascara because it's fine on its own, but if there's one characteristic with which it doesn't excel, it's volume. Mascara is the product that I'm the pickiest about, and honestly I can say that I'm going to continue repurchasing this until they don't sell it anymore. I'm on my fourth tube as of now and I love it all the same.

Use this everyday love it, I must say I am quite a crybaby oops sorry I cant control it lol so I need one that doesn’t put dark lines down my face when I cry and this one is great as long as you can wipe your tears and get over it quick no stains will be left on your face and it’s so easy to get off your lashes and if it does Stain your face Bec you didn’t wipe it off just grab your damp beauty blender and swipe it off and it’s gone totally reccomend

I am a huge fan of Maybelline and their products, specifically their mascara, but unfortunately I do not recommend this mascara at all. It is very clumpy even with the serum, and it leaves a gooey residue on the lashes even after makeup remover and showers. This product tends to clump the lashes into one big group and it transfers very easily :( although the color is very pigmented and more long lasting than other, the cons outweigh the pros for me.

I love this mascara! I have been using it since I started wearing makeup as a teen. I've tried the more expensive department store mascaras, but none of them compare to Maybelline. I used to use the straight brush, but I find I like the curved brush better because it helps to curl my lashes while applying it. I have naturally long lashes and this Maybelline mascara really enhances them, making them look three times longer and fuller

The reason I'm getting this mascara a five-star is because first of all it is a drugstore mascara they can just pick it up at any store if you are on the go and it does create separation between eyelashes so for those days that you don't feel like wearing falsies you can use this mascara and I will give you just enough volume to feel confident without false eyelashes and very important and does not flake on to your under eyes

i love this mascara. I've tried every mascara on the market, high end to low end and this has got to be my favorite so far. I jumped after putting two coats, they were SO HUGE and FAKE LOOKING. It's insane. I don't have very many lashes and they are thin but this made me look like I had hundred and hundreds of beautiful separate long thick lashes. It's everything you could want in a mascara. and the price is great

i've had this mascara in the waterproof variety (blue packaging) for around 3 weeks now and every single use has not been fully removed from my eyelashes, i've tried coconut oil, micellar water even shaving foam and nothin takes it off. i love the look this mascara gives my lashes but it leaves them feeling sticky and clumpy. any suggestions because i want to keep using this mascara but it just doesn't come off!!!

I first bought the non waterproof because my store was out of waterproof. Loved that product so I figured I'd love the waterproof. WRONG!! It is very wet, clumpy and doesn't separate my lashes. I have short, thin, blonde lashes and this waterproof was not good for them. The only thing is that is good for me is that it does pass the waterproof test but if I get any on my skin, it's very hard to wipe off.

His brush is shaped like a spoon and has different sizes of hairs, combs the eyelashes quite well from the root and I daresay he also curves them. As we turn it we get a more or less marked effect and we can even get to the lower ones. That's right, the first few times I had to be careful not to stain my eyelid, although the size of the applicator is not as exaggerated as that of others.
The formula is quite light, I like it more than it is an open time, working it carefully not caked lashes and is water resistant, pros for some and cons for those who do not like this type of "waterproof" because they consider it more aggressive . I do not care, I think that the curvature lasts more hours and it costs to remove make-up, with micellar water practically does not come out being necessary a biphasic one. I have not noticed that I have extra eyelashes with their use so I feel confident.

I give this a four star just because it’s waterproof, if it wasn’t waterproof it would be 5 stars because this literally makes my eyelashes so voluminous and long that they don’t even look real! Legit people have asked me what falsies I was wearing using this mascara??? It’s just really hard to remove in the night which makes it inconvenient but if you like waterproof, you should totally give this a try

This mascara is amazing. I have had a really tough week and my dad brought me this mascara yesterday. I tried it on today just to see how it would apply on my lashes, and it was beautiful. A few hours later I had a bit of a nervous break down and that can get pretty messy. Well to my surprise, there was only one tiny smudge. This mascara has withstand my ugly crying. Definitely going to buy again!!!

I really like maybelline products but this mascara simply did not work well for me. The wand it not the best at apply mascara to your lashes. It has very thin flimsy bristles which do not help in getting all your lashes covered with mascara. I felt like I had to keep reapplying the product in order to fully cover my lashes. The packaging is very nice though but i would not buy this mascara again.

I used this mascara when I was at high school because I had heard good things from it and my budget was a lot lower than what it is now. Fast forward and I can honestly say that this is a staple mascara that I encourage everyone to get. I love it, I have tried the really expensive mascaras that promise too much and I would always go back to this every time. Great product to have stocked up.

Good mascara that covers the bases: lengthens a lot, separates, and builds a bit of volume. Good all-around mascara and has good staying power in the waterproof formula, though can transfer a little on the lower lash if you’re not careful. The wand is easy enough to use and the wet formula is not TOO wet that it gets on my lids. Overall I would recommend as a good all-around mascara.

Amazing mascara! The only downside is, of course, the removal. Like most other waterproof mascaras I've tried, it's pretty darn difficult to remove, and might take a couple lashes with it. Not a terrible thing, but still sad if you haven't got many! Overall, I only used this if 'm going out in rain, or know I'm probably going to cry, so it's a pretty good mascara for those uses.

Mascara is my favorite product in my makeup kit! The results of this mascara are incredible. Goes on super easy, fans eyelashes out evenly and balanced and adds the perfect amount of thicknesses. Brush has two different sides that you can use to apply and that gives you free range to play around with what look works best for you! Glad I took the chance on trying a new mascara.

This mascara is ok. The brush is a curved brush with different length bristles. It is a plastic bristle brush. Those are my favorite because I feel like it gets in between my lashes better. This brush is very similar to benefits roller lash brush.
The mascara is very wet. I don’t like how wet it is. I have to wait for it to dry before I can put on another coat.

I like the mascara...its not bad, i also like the fact that its waterproof......however, holy man, trying to get this stuff off...nearly impossible, used face wash, eyemake up remove, i literally had to pull it off my lashes hoping to god i still had some left! Its on there like glue. It does NOT come off easily...i probably wont buy it again for that particular reason

Of all the Maybelline mascaras I have tried, the Lash Sensational is always the one I go back to when I'm shopping for a good, basic mascara. The wand is not too big or small, and it separates my lashes how I like it. My lashes look full enough, without being over the top for an everyday eye look, and I never have any dried fallout on my cheeks at the end of the day.

My favourite mascara ever! It is so affordable and makes your lashes the blackest you’ve ever seen them! As someone who doesn’t have the longest or lashes, this mascara definitely helps as it give you a gorgeous curl and lift that will last you all day long. I have repurchased this product more than 5 times because I love it so much! Would definitely recommend.

I bought this Tuesday I was looking for a waterproof mascara and I wish that I had went with a different one cause this did clump my lashes together and it looked horrible! It's not going to stop me from trying another waterproof one, but any suggestions? Ive used Maybelline products since I was a teenager, just need to find the right waterproof mascara for me!

I used this mascara in the past and I really liked it. There was occasional flaking after a while of wear. I have very sensitive eyes so i could not wear this product for long. The chemicals used to produce a waterproof product results in my eyes watering and then me rubbing them until I look like a raccoon. The product does make my lashes very voluminous.

This is definitely one of my favorite drug store mascaras. I loved the brush and how easy it was to get all my eyelashes. I loved the color as well, the darkness of it. I also liked how it wasn’t clumpy or anything. It made me eyelashes look super full and dark, I love it. The packaging is also super cute and eye catching. I highly recommend this product.

I like love this mascara. I have straight Asian eyelashes, so It's hard to find one that makes my eyelashes look long, and at the same time holding up my curls. I've been using this mascara for a couple of months. The only down side to this is it's hard to take it off even with makeup removal and oils.
Maybelline Lash Sensational Waterproof Mascara

I LOVE this mascara. It is not everyday that you find a mascara that actually works and does not break your bank. The brush on this mascara does wonders. I could never find one that would curl my eyelashes, as well as giving me that extra length and thickness. This mascara is everything. It does not clump, and lasts all day. Thank you Maybelline!!!!
