      Great primer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Maybelline’s Poreless Jelly Face Primer is a great find! The lightweight, jelly-like texture applies smoothly and instantly evens out my combination skin—mattifying the shiny spots while still keeping everything feeling fresh and breathable. No gunkiness, no heaviness, and definitely no pilling. It really does create a soft, blurred effect, whether worn alone or under makeup. Plus, the 2% niacinamide and water break gel make it feel more like skincare than just a primer. Layers well, non-greasy, and at this price point? It's definitely worth trying! Happy to have tried this out via Influenster, thanks for sending them for my honest feedback!

      Hydration blast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hydrating Blur Primer! It’s become a staple in my weekend routine when I’m heading out with friends. The price is really affordable for such a high-quality product, and it lasts a long time, which is a huge plus. The packaging is great and it has a pleasant scent that isn’t overwhelming. I appreciate how lightweight it feels on my skin—it blends effortlessly and provides excellent coverage with a beautiful, smooth finish. The 2% niacinamide is a great addition, helping to improve the texture and brightness of my skin. Overall, it's a perfect primer for giving my skin a hydrated, flawless look without feeling heavy. Highly recommend it!

Good primer but no “poreless” effect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i had high hopes for the Maybelline Poreless Jelly Primer, but it turned out to be just okay. On the positive side, it’s easy to apply and has a smooth, lightweight texture that doesn’t feel heavy or sticky on the skin. It also does a decent job of gripping makeup, helping it last throughout the day.
However, I didn’t really see the “poreless” effect that it promises. I have enlarged and they looked pretty much the same, with no significant blurring or smoothing. If you’re you’re looking for a basic primer to help with makeup longevity, this one works fine. But if pore-filling is your main goal, you might need to look elsewhere.

A Lightweight Option for Oily Skin, But Is It Pore

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have mild to moderately oily skin and want a breathable, skin-friendly primer, this is a good option. It does not have a scent thankfully. The 2% niacinamide is a great addition for oily skin, as it helps regulate sebum production over time. This primer has a lightweight, jelly-like consistency that feels cooling and refreshing upon application. It spreads easily and absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy or sticky residue. Foundation applies smoothly over this primer and adheres well.
However, if your skin is very oily with prominent pores, you may need a stronger mattifying and pore-filling primer for better results.

      Leaves skin so smooth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Maybelline Poreless Jelly Primer. The packaging makes it easy to get product out. I like that it has a pump and is easy to control how much of the product I can get out. Just like in the name, it has a jelly like texture that instantly left my skin feeling and looking smooth and velvety. It gives me the perfect base for my makeup and helps make it last the majority of my day. I didn't experience any piling after applying, and it felt pretty hydrating. My skin is very sensitive, and this has no smell and did not cause any irritation or breakouts for me. I will definitely purchase again. I really like the results and it's very affordable for me.

      Instant Blurring effect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a member of multiple beauty subscriptions, and I have tried tons of beauty products over the years. This primer is phenomenal and now my #1. There is another primer I've used that has similar results, but it isn't hydrating like this one. It's also 3 times the price. This primer also has niacinamide, which has many benefits for skin. It blurs fine lines instantly. You can see the difference between the two photos of my forehead. My skin gets very oily, and this actually decreases the amount of oil, and I don't need to powder my face every hour. I strongly recommend this primer. Maybelline really nailed it with this one!!

      Pored & Lines Blurred

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Poreless Jelly Primer for free from Maybelljne and Influenster in exchange for my honest review. This primer works pretty well on my combo skin. I was actually surprised that my lines and pores were definitely less noticeable with this primer on. The formula is very watery and has a cool feeling to the skin, with no noticeable scent. The watery formula covers well, and only a small amount is needed. I like that this is also hydrating, and the Niacinamide is an added bonus. The formula is very lightweight, and once dry, I don't even notice it on. I'm glad I received this primer and will continue to use it.

      Fabulous jelly primer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Actually super impressed with this (gel like) primer. The texture is so smooth and I am certain eveytime I used this that it will pill, and it never has. I've used products in the past that have claims they won't pill, and I've even researched ingredients to ensure that they won't have a reaction with each other and pill, and it would still happen. This product does not pill regardless of the various products I have layered underneath and on top. Longevity seems be good, but I am also guilty of touching my face a lot, so I can't speak to if this lasts incredibly long, but my skin has had great moisture in our cold climate.

      Weightless primer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This primer is very light weight and isn’t sticky at all. It doesn’t feel like you have another layer of product on your skin. I like the pump, but I feel that it’s going to be difficult to get the very last bits out as the pump isn’t removable from the tube.
I didn’t notice any pore or line blurring, but I’m over 40; I doubt there’s a product out there that will help that. But it did keep my foundation, concealer, blush and highlight in place. It’s a very nice primer and I will probably reach for this one instead of some of the other primers I own. I did receive this product for free in exchange for my honest review.

      Just ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ahhh i wanted to love this product but it’s just ok . Glides on smooth and has no scent which I love and the packaging is awesome for a girl who always looses the caps to products. But unfortunately it really didn’t help with the even application of my foundation . Maybe it just didn’t work well with the brand I’m using at the moment. Also even before I applied my foundation it didn’t feel all that weightless or have to much of a blurred effect. But to end this on a good note it did feel hydrating didn’t pill like others and didn’t have any weird cast to it maybe I’ll keep trying it but overall to me it was just ok.👍

      Hydrating and refreshing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Maybelline Poreless Jelly Primer from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I have never used a primer like this before! It comes out and applies like a silicone primer, but as you start to spread it out, the texture changes to a cool, wet consistency and sinks in immediately. You feel very hydrated as if you had just used a toner on your face. I really liked how my foundation sits on it too. It went on evenly without any pilling and did not excentuate pores or texture. I have oily combination skin and loved the finish of it. It gave me a satin matte finish that lasted the whole day. I really enjoyed this primer and would definitely repurchase!

Great, but maybe not for super oily skin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've recently tried Maybelline's Poreless Jelly Primer, and I must say, it's been quite an interesting experience. The texture is unique - it's a jelly-like consistency that feels incredibly lightweight on the skin.
When I applied it, I noticed that it did a good job of filling in my pores and creating a smooth canvas for my foundation.
However, I did find that it didn't control oil as much as l'd hoped, so if you have oily skin, you might need to pair it with a mattifying primer or setting powder. Also, it didn't cause any breakouts, which is always a plus. It’s a decent primer for those looking for a pore-filling solution, but it might not be the best for oil control.

Maybelline, New York poreless jelly hydrating blur

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received his Maybelline jelly poreless hydrating blur primer with 2% Niacinamide. It helps extend my make up where it's totally non-greasy and very lightweight. It just looks like picture. Perfect instant skin, however blurs my pores by making it look smaller. It's suitable for all skin types. Great for sensitive skin as well like mine. It comes in a beautiful little light blue packaging with a pump feature. A little goes a long way. This primer is made without silicone. Fun little fact this is also made in Korea. I love K beauty Brands, and I see bigger companies like Maybelline Are creating products inspired by K beauty products. I would recommend this to others.

      Makeup looks amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as a complimentary gift from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. This primer is amazing you can not see my pores and my makeup looks flawless. I like the jelly texture of it as well I like that it’s not watery and goes very well on my skin. I use the maybelline foundation and concealer and my skin looks amazing. These three combined are the best . I barely had any creasing and I like how few hours in my makeup didn’t look too greasy . I have combination skin and it worked really well. Definitely will be buying one once I run out it’s must have for my makeup routine now .

      Flawless Base, All-Day Wear – A Must-Have!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve tried countless primers, but this one is an absolute game-changer! From the moment I applied it, I noticed how effortlessly it smoothed my skin, blurring imperfections and minimizing my pores. My foundation glided on like a dream and stayed in place all day—no creasing, no patchiness, and zero shine!

What I love most is that it feels lightweight yet hydrating, making it perfect for both dry and combination skin. Plus, it keeps my makeup looking fresh for hours without any touch-ups. Whether you're going for a natural look or full glam, this primer is a must-have in your routine. Highly recommend!

Primer with skincare that feels refreshing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Poreless Jelly Primer for free to try it out. When I put it on, it feels cool and moisturizing. It looks matte on my skin and doesn’t cause any shine. It has the look of a silicone, but it doesn’t have silicone and it doesn’t clog pores. My makeup goes on smooth over it with no pilling, but it only extends my makeup a little longer. I feel like it helps a little bit to disguise my pores under makeup, but it doesn’t hide them completely. I love the added skincare ingredients like Niacinamide. I don’t see a huge difference in it hydrating my skin, but it definitely doesn’t dry it out.

      Not bad at all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t use drugstore products however I was a bit intrigued by this “jelly” primer from Maybelline. It’s not a sticky primer nor does it have a silicone type of finish. It’s sort of in a class on its own. A little bit goes quite a ways so I would say it’s very economical and it does seem to add some longevity to my makeup. I didn’t notice a scent but I wasn’t looking for one. The fact that I didn’t smell one should say something though, because if it had an overwhelming fragrance I definitely would have noticed. All in all if you’re looking for a primer that is economical, I’d say give it a shot!

      My Newest Favorite Addition!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Maybelline Poreless Jelly Primer is a surprisingly good option for smoothing out the skin. It has a lightweight, jelly-like texture that glides on effortlessly, creating a soft, pore-blurring effect without feeling heavy or greasy. The packaging is sleek and simple—nothing too fancy, but it’s functional and easy to use. It has a light, barely-there scent, which is great for those who are sensitive to fragrances. In terms of effectiveness, it does a decent job of prepping the skin for makeup, though it’s better for a natural, soft-focus look rather than extreme pore-filling. Given the price, it’s a solid drugstore option, especially for those who prefer a hydrating, silicone-free feel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried the Maybelline Poreless Jelly Primer, and I have to say, I'm really impressed! The texture is super smooth and lightweight, almost like a gel, which makes it easy to apply. It absorbs quickly into my skin without feeling sticky or heavy. My pores instantly look smaller, and it creates such a soft, even base for my foundation. The packaging is sleek and simple. I also love the fresh, subtle scent—it’s not overpowering, just a nice clean fragrance. Throughout the day, my makeup stays in place, and my skin feels smoother and more refined. Definitely a must-have in my makeup routine!

      Great hydrating primer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit worried that a jelly primer might clog my pores or feel too heavy, but I was totally wrong! Once you rub it in, it’s super lightweight. It has no scent and leaves a soft satin-like finish. My foundation might not be *flawless*, but it definitely makes my pores look way smaller and my makeup settlein them less. Plus, I love that it has niacinamide since my skin can get acne-prone. I haven't tried wearing it for a full 24 hours, but I’ve gone 16 hours, and it stayed perfectly in place with no smudging or creasing.

Overall, I’m a fan! It’s affordable, hydrating, and works really well.

      Great Primer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I have been a makeup lover for years, I’ve never really tried primer. This one from Maybelline is really good, it is a nice texture that does not feel sticky or uncomfortable on my face, and the easy to use packaging makes application easy. It does a great job at helping my makeup stay on all day, prevents creases and lines, and I feel I look less oily. It is also easy to remove at the end of the day with my normal method of double cleansing with an oil based then water based cleanser. Lastly, the scent is not very noticeable. I would definitely get it again once this tube runs out.

      Works for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Maybelline Poreless Jelly Primer free from Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. You get a decent amount of product in this tube. It looks like a jelly. It has no noticeable smell. When I had it in my hands, I thought it was going to be heavy or greasy but when I actually put it on my face, it wasn’t. It did blur my pores. When I put the rest of my makeup onto of it, it didn’t pill. After wearing it, it didn’t make my skin greasy and didn’t break me out the next day. There are better higher end products than this one but for the price this one is pretty good.

      Overall a good jelly primer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will start by saying the packaging is really nice. It’s simple but it looks very clean. It’s also much bigger of a tube than I realized! The scent is very minimal, and the texture is very nice and smooth. It’s decently thick, so the coverage is really nice with just a small pump. Overall, while I do genuinely think this is a good jelly primer, I like my current one with my skin type (combination) too much to really swap. In my picture I used the primer, let it dry down a little, and then used Maybelline Fit Me powder foundation! I will say it did a pretty good job of blurring pores!

Really helped blur my pores and fine lines

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do have some pores and fine lines that are noticeable and my foundation alone does not give me the final look I want. I recently had a chance to try Maybelline Poreless Jelly Primer and have to say I am impressed.  The clear gel is easy to apply evenly over your skin. It does not feel greasy or sticky but you feel a sorta cooling effect. Plus  you are able to continue with your foundation pretty quickly.  It did blur my pore and my makeup did not settle into my fine lines at all. This is definitely going to become part of my daily make up routine .Recommend to family and friends.

      The new IT Girl primer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Maybelline Poreless Jelly Primer is a game-changer for smooth, flawless makeup application! Its hydrating formula instantly refreshes the skin without feeling heavy or greasy. The weightless texture glides on effortlessly, creating a silky base that blurs pores and evens out texture. One of the standout features is that it leaves no white cast, making it perfect for all skin tones. Plus, it doesn’t pill, even when layered with other products, ensuring a seamless finish every time. Whether you’re wearing it alone for a natural glow or under foundation for long-lasting wear, this primer delivers a fresh, poreless look without clogging your skin. A must-try for anyone seeking a lightweight, hydrating base!

      Definitely worth trying!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried the Maybelline Poreless Jelly Primer, and it’s been a great addition to my makeup routine. The jelly texture feels super lightweight and refreshing on my skin, and the 2% niacinamide gives a nice hydrating boost. It smooths out my pores and creates a soft, blurred effect, making my foundation apply more evenly.

I use it as the first step after my skincare routine—applying a thin layer and letting it set for a minute before going in with my foundation. It keeps my makeup looking fresh throughout the day without feeling heavy or greasy. If you have combination skin like me (oily roots, dry ends—well, in this case, dry patches), this primer strikes a good balance of hydration and shine control.

Not for women of a " certain " age.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to enjoy this product. It has such a great selling price point. The texture of the gel is slick and comfortable on the skin, but most of all, it's easy to use. You just put it on your fingertips after you've washed, dried, and, of course, moisturizered your face. Then, you apply the primer directly to your face. Waiting a few moments and then applying your foundation. But what actually happened was after I applied a full face of makeup. I could see all my pores. It actually intensified my pores. I just felt everyone could see them from outer space. To say i't mildly I will not be using this primer again, but I will be giving it to somebody who's much younger than I am, and I'm only forty-four.

Does not work for visible pores

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love this primer, but it fell a little flat for me. The texture is really nice and it made my skin feel hydrated and soft. I also appreciated that there was no scent and that it had an easy to use pump bottle. However, I have visible pores on my nose and this did nothing to smooth or minimize them. Other blurring primers I have used have smoothed out the pores on my nose and made them less visible. I do appreciate how this feels like you have nothing on your skin, but if you are looking for a blurred finish or a pore minimizing effect I would not recommend this.

      Blurred pores

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product is in a squeezable tube with a pump. Very convenient to use and packaging is very minimal. Didn’t really notice a scent while using it. Left skin feeling soft and velvety. Product feels light and not thick on the face. Never found a decent pore filling primer that I liked from a drugstore price point but I really like this one. It did a pretty good job at covering large pores around the T-Zone area. Tested the product with my BB cream to see how well it hold up and I have to say that was pretty impressed. Skin at the end of the day was definitely less oily.

      What Pores?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always love trying new formulations of makeup so I was intrigued by Maybelline’s gel primer. This stuff is amazing. It goes on slick and feels cools to the touch. I can tell it’s more hydrating than some other primers I’ve tried that feel a bit stickier when applied. My foundation stick glided on beautifully over the primer and there was no pilling underneath. Now for how my pores look. I always feel like my nose and cheek pores are fairly large but they look minimal under this primer. At a drug store price, it’ll be dumb not to pick this one up again.

Smooth, Evan and pore minimizing canvas!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am liking this jelly primer. As you can see by pictures it is in fact a pretty thick jelly like consistency. It does not feel heavy going on or while on at all. It does smooth and minimize appearance of pores. It makes for a smooth makeup canvas. I usually only wear a lightweight CC cream with SPF as my day to day base but I do feel like I need to use less product for even coverage when I use this jelly primer. There is no scent to the jelly. I will say that if you use too think of a layer it does start pilling. Overall it’s a good addition to makeup lineup!

      Love, Maybelline Did IT !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Maybelline Poreless Jelly Primer, WORKS! I like the sleek teal colored packaging, it doesn’t have an awful scent, the consistency of the jelly is exactly what it is a jelly, and it’s so smooth when you put it on to your skin. This primer literally erases your pores. Your makeup goes on so effortlessly last all day and it just feels so good and lightweight on your skin. I can’t forget the 2% niacinamide in this primer. Who doesn’t love some good skin care in their make up! I give this poreless jelly primer a 10 out of 10 and definitely recommend!!! Love it! ❤️

      Pleasantly surprised!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I’ve gotten older, my skin has gotten more dehydrated. However, I still deal with large pores in the center of my face. When you first apply this primer, for a split second, you think it’s a typical silicone primer. However, there’s a cooling sensation, but then there’s a burst of hydration you feel on the skin. That silicone feeling is immediately gone and when I look up close, my pores look smaller, but not drying or matte. This is what I always think I’m getting when I apply a gripping primer. However, I like this hydrating poreless primer better. If you have dehydrated skin and large pores, I highly recommend you give this a try, especially if you’re looking for something that doesn’t have any of the -cone ingredients.

      Love the blue blur

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very cute packaging on this Maybelline poreless, jelly primer. I love that it has added 2% niacinamide it also dispenses in a pump which I love and has up to a 24 hour stay it’s a blue primer so it is meant to hydrate with a non-greasy weightless feel instant skin like blur, poor priming, no white cast And has no silicon or no sulfates. It really does appeal to a younger crowd, but I think that it is perfect for anybody in their 20s and 30s to be using. It really does look like it can do the work underneath a full coverage or medium coverage foundation

      Pores No More!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Maybelline Poreless Jelly Primer complimentary from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. First off, love the packaging. The pump makes it so easy to apply and no mess left like a screw on top primer. The jelly is a clear mint, is smoothing, blurring and immediately on the skin you notice a huge difference. A little goes a long way. Makeup applies nicely over the top. I’ve tried both liquid and powder foundations. Haven’t had any issues with pilling and appears to help keep my makeup lasting longer through the day. Great product!

      Hydrating pore reducing primer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been obsessed with Maybelline recently from like their lip glosses ,lip stains, lip liners and mascara, so I was super excited to get this primer, and I was not disappointed! It goes on like gel, but it is not sticky. It absorbs quickly into the skin and it just made my skin feel hydrated. My make up went on so good and I’ve tried it with liquid foundation and stick foundation. There was no dry patches and best of all it reduced the appearance of my cheek pores more than my other primers! Non scented. Love the packaging! Definitely recommend

Definitely blur effect! And so smooth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must say, wow! Immediately after applying it to my hand, I instantly felt how smooth and soft it was. Once applied to my face, it dried quickly into my skin. I absolutely recommend this for all skin types. I know it says hydrating, and my oily-skinned friends may be scared to buy it, thinking this primer may be shiny or oily, but it's the complete opposite. Once it dried, it felt smooth and dry, though I personally would have preferred more hydration as claimed. But it still worked wonders on my skin. I definitely see a difference; it left my skin super smooth and gave me that blur effect. It also reduced the appearance of my pores on my nose and under my eyes. I definitely recommend that anyone, regardless of skin type, give this a try.
