Product leaking

I really like this product the first couple of times I use it but soon after it leaks quite a lot. It used to be a couple of weeks until the leak starts but now it's within the first 3 uses. I have tried storing it in different ways because I thought it was a me problem but I don't think it is any more. It is a great product but unfortunately they way it leaks it can be dangerous and also a waste of money. Please fix this issue.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great product but faulty lid

I really like this eyeliner but the lid does not stay on and the product dries up... it happened 3 times in one month. The first time the lid came off I had assumed that I forgot to put it back on (has never happened before but there is a first time for everything). So I purchased it again and the same thing happened. I really liked the eyeliner so I wanted to give it one more shot and was very intentional about putting the lid back on after each use.... but it popped off and dried out just as the previous two had. I really like this product but I am so disappointed. Unfortunately I'm not going to waste money on purchasing this product a 4th time. :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sweet redemption! YES. I have Sjgren's Syndrome and have a rather sensitive eye area. (Maybelline liners/mascaras bother my eyes least.) I wear full glam makeup only once a week (to give my eyes a break). I've been doing my cat eye for 15 years. The applicator (brush tip) is the perfect size. Other liquid liners were too thick or too thin and the formulas were too runny, or too dry. The applicators (felt tips) on other liners were also usually too stiff and it felt like I was poking my eyelids with a needle, so I stopped using liquid liners altogether. That changes now. THIS. IS. EXCELLENT. It's fast. It lasts. Perfect for my needs.

Terrible; the cap makes it essentially single use.

The one time I was able to use this eyeliner, it was great; easy to apply and lasted throughout the evening. Then, the unthinkable happened: I put it in my purse. The cap popped off and a couple of days later the tip was completely dry. Absolutely nothing I did could revive it; it stayed unusable after several attempts to free/loosen the eyeliner.
Hoping that this was a fluke, I bought a second one (yeah, I know) and put it in a more secure compartment. The exact same thing happened. I've never had this problem with a liquid pen before.
Avoid this one, unless you plan to never leave the house with it under any circumstances.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OH HELLO I've always been a pencil-only eye liner person. Liquid is just far too messy for me but I'm ditching the pencils and will DEFINITELY be purchasing this in the future! It is not runny at all and I surprisingly made no mess. The tip is not stiff but is not too soft, perfect texture to glide in the direction you want to apply. The pigment has stayed all day long and has not faded. It looks like I freshly applied it 8 hours later! It is essentially weight less and felt like I had no eye liner on at all which I love. It is nicely packaged and a very cute, stylish pen. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes I did receive this product complimentary with my Maybelline voxbox and no thats not the reason why Im praising it! This liner is BETTER than Kat Von D tattoo liner!!! Its sharper and doesnt dry out when applied on top of eyeshadow! Maybelline products are definitely evolving to be one of the greatest drug store brand! If not tell which are better??? I just love this liner and use it whenever I get the chance, the packaging is so nice and the liner is so lightweight and easy to apply but it is very precise so dont mess up when apply!!! Its also waterproof and doesnt smear!!!!!!! I tested it on my hand and omg! It didnt want to come off! But thats a good thing

I received this in the brown and honestly the brown looks black, which I'm not even mad about because I honestly thought it was going to be a nasty brown according to how it looks on the packaging. It's goes on very smooth but only because it comes out very fast so I found it a little too easy to make mistakes and or have smudges. The point makes it easy to apply as well and it is a nice solid brush. I would 9/10 recommend this product and will consider purchasing in the future.
