[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] AMAZING COLORS!!!! I recieved 3 Ink Crayon lipsticks in my Maybelline voxbox from @@influenster free for testing purposes. I was so surprised with how vibrant and long lasting these colors are, most ink lasting crayons and lipsticks dry out my lips and I have to apply gloss over and over but these didn't dry my lips at all!!! The built in sharpener works Great and doesn't waste a lot of product big plus for me Thanks again @Influenster

The Maybelline SuperStay Ink Crayon has honestly impressed me. The pigment is rich with one easy application, it glides on smoothly without feeling dry, and once it sets, it stays put. Coffee? Check. Water? Check. Lunch? Still there. I noticed very minimal fading even after eating and drinking, and the color stayed vibrant throughout the day. For a drugstore lipstick, the wear time is seriously impressive. If you’re looking for a comfortable, long-wearing lip color that doesn’t require constant touch-ups, this one deserves a spot in your makeup bag.

The formula has obviously changed!

This lipstick changed and not for the better. I have purchased this same type and the same color for well over 5-years. My recent purchase now has a creamy texture in comparison to the old version that goes on more matte. This translates to it doesn't stay on as long as this lipstick in past years. The manufacturer obviously changed the formula like so many other companies today to make us use more of the product which in turn means you need to purchase it again more quickly. What amazes me is that do the companies do not realize that long time user of products will notice the change in a heartbeat. What a corrupt business world we are living in today.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a set of these as a free sample for review. I made sure to try each one before coming to a conclusion. After multiple uses of each kind Ive come to really enjoy this lipstick. The sharpening is not something I am looking forward to when its required. But at least its included on the product! I wore these under differing occasions. Running errands with only drinking water didnt affect how it wore. Only when eating fairly greasy things did it really break up. When it did break up there was no saving it requiring a full wash remove and redo situation which was not too hard to do with a damp napkin. Overall its a great lipstick, Im glad I get to keep them.

I have had no problems with the color I choose (#35...no sure of the name). I had no issues with it coming off on my teeth, smudging or coming off all day, unless I used a napkin to wipe it off. I am headed out today to but a slightly lighter Pink color. I am very happy with my purchase. Those who have smudging issues, might want to use a lip scrup at their sink or in the shower before applying the lip crayon. I have been waiting for years for a product like this...please don't discontinue it. If for some reason you do, a heads up would be appreciated so I can stock up on my favorite colors!! I was very excited when they arrived, because it was the night of my anniversary date with my husband! (10 yrs married). I dont wear lipstick often, but I was really elated to try these. I used the lightest shade of the three I received, Stay Exceptional. It showed up a little darker than the case cover, but was still a gorgeous shade of pink/purple. The lip crayon went on smooth, and even though my lips were dry, it didnt show the dry spots. It stayed for hours through dinner and the heat of walking around town in the south. I would highly recommend this ink crayon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My shades: Stay Exceptional 25, Hustle In Heels 45, and Accept A Dare 60 (lightest to darkest shade). Ive taken a liking for these lippies. Yes, I love love my liquid to matte lipsticks, but these are great as well. The precision isnt that great but they are like the traditional bullet lipsticks. Stayed put matte pout and little transfer. Semi-Kissproof, definitely not make-out friendly (the bf/gf will end up wearing it). Not tacky. I love the variety of shades available. Pro trip: exfoliating lips and hydrate with lip balm before applying the Maybelline Super Stay Ink Crayons. Also, for great precision use a lip brush.

I was so happy by seeing this last night when I walked in to near by walmart. I saw the shade range it will suit all most every skin tone. It has very basic color range. Few shades are similar to super stay ink liquid Lipsticks.
Coming to this this suits me perfectly I can manage the pressure I love the formulation of this one. The best part it has sharpener at the end so you can always use pointed lipstick to line and fill your lips. Its sheer to full coverage (opacity) on lips. Its is transfer proof upto some extent. Looks matte after sometime of application.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I must say that I was super impressed with these crayons. They smell good, feel so soft and light, and they have staying power. These are my favorite non-liquid lipstick. Now if the color range had some bold/crazy colors I'd be even happier.
My lips never felt crusty or thick from layers of product. These lip crayons lasted through 8+ hours, multiple water bottles, and greasy fair food. Honestly, my lips felt hydrated after removal.
I found that the red, Hustle in heels, did require a reapplication. However, I find that with most reds (regardless of formula or brand) require one extra application.

Just received these in my first Vox Box. I usually don't wear these colors but since I have been getting into wearing makeup more they have most definitely been growing on me. The colors I love and they all smell really good. They applied really smooth and it was creamy before they mattified. I had to apply them twice to get a good color. They also stain the lip a bit when you are taking it off so use some vaseline before using the lip crayons. This will be one of my go to lip products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to try these out as I love lip crayons. These are sort of more like a liquid lip in a solid form. They're not super creamy but go on very smoothly and are very pigmented. They don't last as long as the liquid lip Maybelline makes, but I'd say you can get several hours before touching up (unless you're eating something). Overall I liked them, but they feel very dry going on. They would definitely benefit from a gloss or balm on top. Not a deal breaker, but they are going to replace my favorite Revlon Matte Balm which is sadly discontinued. I got several shades to try for review purposes and my favorite is the mauve-y one as it's very close to my natural lip color!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive not been one to jump on the matte lipstick bandwagon. My lips are always fairly dry and Ive avoided matte lip products. But I received the Maybelline SuperStay Ink Crayon Lipstick in my VoxBox so I decided to break out of my comfort zone and give it a whirl. My favorite color is the Seek Adventure, a soft pinkish hue that is quite lovely. I love the crayon type application, and best of all it has its own sharpener. I found it was slightly drying for me but I applied a little Carmex before I used this and that helped a lot. This really does last all day without bleeding or too much fading. Overall Im impressed with this product and can see myself purchasing this in a few more colors.

It wouldnt dry down and bc the liquid lipstick version works best when blotted w tissue or paper towel I did the same and it worked great. The product isnt transfer proof until its dried down and when dried its very moisturizing, not drying and doesnt crack or pill. It lasted from early morning to late in to the evening which is great but Im not sure the price is worth it, Im grateful these were sent to me but 8-10$ for .04oz when the liquid lipstick version thats .017oz is the same price I just dont know if the cost is worth it. I love the feeling the colors are beautiful and Ive had amazing luck w the surperstay line.

I have been using @maybelinne products for many years and these products are a great addition to my ever growing collection. The color from the Super Stay Ink Crayon is amazing I love them all. Its so easy to apply especially when it can be used as a lip liner also. Has a great soft scent and goes on so smooth. I do have to apply a lip moisturizer or balm because my lips stay dry and this did make my lips drier but thats easy to fix. I will continue to use and recommend to friends.

Tried this product for the first time yesterday evening so this review is from first impressions. Is fairly easy to apply and feels nice on the lips. This colour is especially gorgeous a nice bold red exactly what I need in my makeup bag. The product seems to last fairly well as I went out for dinner and ate a pizza and drunk sangria yet the lipstick hadnt completely come off like many of my other lipsticks do after a meal. However the colour has come off a bit so you may still want to take it out with you to reapply. I would buy this product again and would love to try some of the other colours

Suoer stay has become a staple in my life. i dont have to think twice when reaching for it. It stays on longer than most and doesnt dry my lips. It's literally perfect. The colors are itrue to packaging, rich color, with a natural look.(love it!) I have to add that the very best thing about this product is that it lasts longer longer than 1 week. I wear this product every single day and I love that i dont have to replace it as often as i do other lip products. Thank you for that, Maybeline. So many positive aspects of this product and no negatives. Goes on smoothly and easily, totally comfortable wear, saturated with pigment, non drying, doesn't accentuate lip lines, smooth, beautiful finish,sets quickly,easy to remove and yet, no smudging, no crumbling in the corners of your mouth, lasts for hours and the shades are beautiful. My favorite shades are Lead The Way and Stay Exceptional and this is indeed leading the way in the lipcolor market for being an exceptional product. The best lipcolor on the shelves today. Don't change a thing. No need to tamper with perfection.

Exfoliated lips are a must for a smoother application. It stood on my lips for 4 hours with eating, sweating, and humidity. I lick my lips a lot so it may stay longer on other people. It was very comfortable to wear and didnt dry out my lips like most stay put lipsticks. I wish they would come out with a nude color line but the darker shades are gorgeous. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 3 shades of mauve/berry toned colors of these new lip crayons and they are great! I love how easy it is to line your lips and then fill in your full lip with the same color just by changing how you hold it. Another great idea they implemented is the sharpener in the lipstick itself, that is very handy in case you carry it with you. I like to use a darker toned color to contour my lips and then a lighter color for the overall color. These colors blend well together, and if one is a little dark then you can easily lighten them with a lighter color. They are very matte and long lasting too, needing very little touch up after eating. I received this product complimentary from Influenster testing purposes.

It's the best of both worlds. And it even comes with a sharpener on the end. It's a lightweight soft creamy texture that glides onto your lips smoothly. It dries down to a nice matte finish. It does have a little transfer. But blot once and you're good to go. No more transfer and color that lasts for hours. I definitely recommend giving this a try. And with 12 gorgeous shades to choose from your bound to find your next favorite lippie.

I love how pigmented they are and how long they stay without budging through drinking and eating over hours and hours. They range of colors is also exceptional. I did find them a tad drying it was nothing a good lip mask and lip balm couldnt solve afterward. The staying power is incredible with some where I found that it still was present the day after and I saw traces after showering. My mom is a great fan of matte lipsticks and she will love this... and I have been converted to enjoy them too.

So amazing that I immediately drove to my nearest drugstore in search of more colors. The crayons apply smoothly and glide on so creamy and precise thanks to the sharpened tip. There small but slender design made them easy to travel with. Which made it easier for me to outline and fill in my lips in no matter where I was. I loved that it was a Matte finish, since Im not really about the shiny finish. And long lasting well lets just say thats an understatement, I literally applied first thing in the morning and was still wearing it when I got off work. I would definitely recommend this product.

It seams like many Long Wear lipsticks that I have tried are not either long lasting or not comfortable.. this has both. I’m not into really deep shades where it seems most people who do video reviews show their biggest disappointment in the stay ability. I think the way these fade is actually nice, it’s very gradual and even from the inner lip outward. These have the perfect amount of stay power.. I can kiss my husband without leaving evidence behind (he appreciates that) yet I can wipe it off without hurting my lips or using a special product. I don’t find my lips feel dry unless they were already dry feeling before applying the lipstick. The color selection is great.. that is if you can find the colors you want at the store.

I like this FAR better than the liquid version. Whereas that one was drying, these lock in whatever moisture your lips already have, so applying after a lip mask or balm is heaven. It stays pretty well too, not as much as a liquid lipstick but its still more impressive than traditional bullet lipsticks. The back end has a built in sharpener, and the way the tip is shaped makes it very easy to line and fill your lips with minimal errors. I have thinner lips so this can sometimes be a challenge if the applicator is too big. I hope they expand the shade range!

I applied a few swipes an hour before I went to work and it lasted until I took it off 18 hours later. It leaves a lovely matte finish and since the color last so long I dont have to worry about taking it with me if I dont want to. I got lots of compliments and I plan to wear it more often. I also love the built in pencil sharpener. It makes everything so much more convenient. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for long lasting lip color.

I am not super savvy with lip lining, so I did find the lining part hard to do. It being more of a fine point cream than pencil formula made it difficult to use (but that may be due to user error) and I was easily able to clean up mistakes with a q-tip. I love how the other end is a sharpener. Great design. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a pigmented, long-lasting matte lip formula.

I had been dying to try the super stay crayon since I adore the Matte Ink from Maybelline, but hadnt decided on it yet. Then I got 3 different colors (for free) in this box! Im obsessed. The crayon applies easily and smoothly, and doesnt dry out my lips. And it STAYS. Normally the crayons say they stay, then are off a few hours later. This has at least 10+ hours in it and even survived swimming in a lake AND sleeping without coming off. Accept a Dare is a bold lip (who doesnt love that) and Seek Adventure is like my PERFECT nude. This product was sent to me for influenster and I really liked the crayons they sent me in 3 colors and the 3 colors are very beautiful, the consistency of the crayon is very creamy and has a good tip to offend the lips first and then fill them and if with the use the tip wears and already It is not accurate, it brings a sharpener and is perfect if they transfer but very little and the lips are semi-mate they feel very good. I am going to buy the colors that I lack, because they have incredible colors and if they have good durability

I loved how easy it was to apply and even the fact that it has a sharpener built into the handle. However I found the product very drying to my lips and and had a weird "taste" while on. I would say as far as the color though it does a great job of lasting a few hours and still looking great but for me it did not last 8 hours. It seems easy smudged off my rubbing or food/liquids.

The tip is used for lining and the side for filling in. It created a more precise application and I think @maybelline nailed it.
The colors are vibrant and the scent smells like Playdoh to me.
After 3 hrs it needs to be reapplied. It's a bit drying but not terribly so. It does transfer when drinking/eating so it doesnt stay put on me.
I'd encourage you to try it. For the price point, it's a solid option.

Five-Star Creamy Goodness

I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for makeup but I love this crayon SO MUCH that I decided to share. I had tried so many wear-proof glosses, stains and lipsticks expensive and cheap that I was about to give up — they were either too drying, to sloppy even with a lip brush, or just didn’t “stay.” Then I grabbed the Super Stay Crayon. I hadn’t even noticed it was in the stay put category, I was just in a hurry and grabbed it because I had liked the color. So imagine my surprise when this super creamy, no drying, easy to use accurately crayon STAYED PUT!! Through a whole work day! And equally important to well-seasoned women — it doesn’t bleed into lip creases. So thanks to a coincidental grab, I now have a long wearing lipstick I can recommend without caveats.

No 15 Lead the Way- colour had changed

This was my absolute favourite. Can I ask why the 'no 15' Lead the Way has changed. I bought a new one and its a slightly different colour. I bought another to check and it confirmed is a new colour. Why has Maybelline keep the same name and number on a product but changed the product?? I'm very disappointed.
Can you suggest another product that is the same colour as the old 'Lead the Way'. I can't afford to keep buying products to find the right fit, especially after I thad thought I had found my ultimate lip stick.
No, I do not recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved these products complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes. I got three colors in my Maybelline SuperStay voxbox. Hustle in Heels, Stay Exceptional, and Accept a Dare. With that said Stay Exceptional was my favorite color on. I think it complimented my skin tone the best. The SuperStay Ink Crayons went on smooth. I loved that the other end of the product was a built in sharpener to get a fine point if desired. I got six hours plus wear out of the SuperStay Ink Crayons. The product is matte in color and did not feel sticky once applied. I will be buying more in future. I highly recommend this product if you want a quick lipstick application. This product would be a great addition to anyone's makeup route. #gotitfree #influencer #MaybellineSuperStay

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the color of this product - a mauve-pink thats perfect for everyday wear. So natural but also adds some subtle color. I appreciate that they product includes a sharpener at the other end- great for getting more precise lines. This product also a slightly sweet scent that I didnt mind but others may if they have an aversion to scented lip products. 4 stars because I found the staying power of the product to not be as long as other lip crayons Ive tried. I received the product complimentary for testing purposes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pigment? Yes. Comfort? Absolutely. Dryness? No. Control of product? Yes. My only downside to this is the longetivity. Without chap stick its okay, will last maybe 3 hours if your havent eaten anything but will eradicate if you eat food. I enjoy it for quick trips like to the grocery store to pop a color on which is why i reviewed it a bit higher. The precise tip isn't something you find with lip crayons and its very pigmented and pretty matte without looking dry which is great. Would be 5 stars if it lasted longer!
