VOLUM EXPRESS® THE FALSIES® WATERPROOF MASCARA

I am retired and have searched for years to find a mascara that will hold the curl in my super straight lashes that tend to point downward. I live in a humid area, which doesn't help. This is the first time I have ever found a mascara that holds my lashes in a beautiful curl all day. It is very easy to remove at night too. I just love it and the way my lashes finally look like the ones I have envied in others. Just a couple of coats with the easy to use brush, and my lashes look thick, lush, curled, and long all day--even in humidity. I am so happy to have found this product!

I have been purchasing this mascara for as long as I can remember (maybe close to 10 years, if it has even been out that long). First, a year or two ago, the formula changed. The tubes dry out REALLY quickly. I thought it was just a bad tube, but no, it happens all the time now. A tube used to easily last me two+ months and then I'd toss it just good hygiene, but now it dries out and becomes clumpy after just a couple weeks. Now, they've changed the brush. The brush is no longer full all the way around, it has this weird flat part on it that I just don't understand. I am very disappointed. I have been searching for a replacement for this mascara, but so far I am disappointed in all the others on the market, too.

I used to use this a few years ago. The brush and formula must have changed because it does nothing. It doesnt thicken or give my lashes any volume. It simply costs them. And I hate how bendable it is. It doesnt let you grip your lashes and when I force it to my lashes I ended up getting it all over my eyelid ruining my eyeshadow! And it takes so long to remove and I have lash fall out and I dont think I've ever had that problem with maybelline before. I was using their push up mascara but the wand has been changed so it doesnt work the same so I had tried this one again but they both disappointed. I really dont want to go to another brand because maybelline has always been my ride or die but I think I might have to now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried other mascaras from Maybelline which much success but I thought The Falsies mascara was just okay. I love a mascara that makes you question whether my lashes are real or fake and this just did not have that effect. This lengthens my lashes, but did not give much volume so they were not super noticeable. This did not flake or smudge, nor did it irritate my eyes which I was happy about. I will use this to emphasize my lower lashes, but I will choose one of Maybelline's other mascaras to bring out my lashes on top.

The Maybelline mascara is only a one step process to get longer fuller looking lashes. I noticed the falsies mascara did not clump. It was light feeling to wear and very easy to wash off. I will now switch from my old brand of mascara and buy the Falsies Maybelline brand of mascara. It's the best mascara I have ever used. I recommend it . People will notice the difference in how pretty your lashes are. Thank you for the sample.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After removing my lash extensions, I ended up with really thin, sparse lashes. I felt like no mascara was going to help them look full again, and It was going to take awhile for them to grow back out. This mascara however, proved me wrong. I love the brush, how the little scoop side deposits the product making them look fuller,
and the sides of the brush help to separate and stretch them out. I’m so impressed, that my latest trip to the drugstore, I picked up a back up. Highly recommend.

omg i have the straightest STRAIGHTEST lashes on earth and no mascara or eyelash curler would work for me. i also have long lashes too. super long lashes that are super straight (seriously when they aren’t curled it looks like i don’t have lashes). and this mascara is the HOLY GRAILLLLLL. the only mascara that keeps my lashes up all day. this mascara paired with the SHISEIDO EYELASH CURLER are an insane combo that every girl with straight lashes NEEDS. they are amazing and i swear by them. i have a drawer full of old mascaras i tried that didn’t work for me and this is the only one. one thing is that i also use the ILIA MASCARA for my bottom lashes just bc i like the applicator on the ILIA mascara for my bottom lashes. but this mascara with the sheisido eyelash curler, TRUST ME ITS AMAZING I LOVE IT ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I tried this mascara out about three years ago. I stopped using it because, so many other mascara had come out and I just wanted to try something new. But today I was at the store and saw it sitting on the shelf. I decided to go ahead and get because I already knew how great it was. This mascara is the best thing I have ever tried. Can you say volume, length, and separation. This gives the look of false lashes. P.S. I got mine in very black and waterproof.
