There are 2 different ends to the product, the first end is the brow pen which has 3 points which apply like hair strokes and fill your brows in a very natural way. I much prefer this than a pencil. The other side is a coloured brow gel to keep your brows in place. I would highly recommend this product if you want natural looking brows with very little effort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy I tried the Maybelline brow pen, I've been in search of an amazing brow pen for months and I have finally ended the search since trying this brow pen. I have sparse areas in my brows but have always felt like a pencil doesn't create hair like stroke how I want them to look- natural. I find because this pen has 3 ends to the pen, it really creates natural hair like strokes, I am able to make my brows look naturally filled and I love that it comes with a gel on one side of the pen so I can keep the shape I've created all day. Highly recommend this product!

The brush has points for hair-like strokes and helps fill in areas that are sparse on my eyebrows, the downside of the brush is it can be quite wide meaning those with skinnier eyebrows have to be a slight bit technical, however cleaning up with concealer helps this so much. I do like the eyebrow gel as it’s pigmented, but it can make the eyebrows look slightly clumpy if you don’t look at how much you’re putting on. Great eyebrow product especially for those with not much eyebrow!

I like the brow gel it doesn’t deposit too much product but helps keep your eyebrows in place without making them crunchy and looks natural. I am not someone who does their eyebrows often so I find the pen a bit tricky to use but it does work well but I struggle to make it not look too harsh, so this may just be a me problem as I prefer a powder to fill in any sparse spots.

The deep brown looks nice and sleek however i wouldnt wear it again personally due to it not fully suiting my more natural approach to makeup despite this it still deserves a fair score as it is a great products to use and easily applied. Matches perfectly with dark hair tones.

One end has a little comb that adds colour and looks like precise hairs and the other end has a little gel-coated brush that you comb through your brows to hold in place and to volumise them. It also adds a little colour too so you can chose how defined you want your brows to be. This is fantastic for sparse brows like mine as it looks really natural and is so easy to use. It lasts all day and looks great.
