Orange glitter water

I brought this yesterday after trying the tester. Purchased shade 00, shook it then began to twist it up. I had to twist almost half the bottle because all that was coming out was water with glitter. When the product did come out it was incredibly orange (especially for a light shade) and super slippery. I still tried to use it but I couldn’t as the product would just slide. Unless you enjoy wasting half a bottle of makeup and looking orange DO NOT BUY THIS!!!
In the bottle and the photos, the colour seems ok but in person it was just straight orange pigment
No, I do not recommend this product.

This product burned my skin

This product burned my skin terribly! I bought this product not long ago on a cosmetics website and from the first use I felt something wrong. Stinging, burning sensation and something wasn't right. I had to run to remove my makeup and see what was happening. And this is the result of this product on my skin. I will never buy Maybelline again
I didn't find a communication channel where I could exchange this product. I am undergoing treatment to restore my skin.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Simple and easy to use, instant glow and smooth

I am disappointed to see the 4-in-1 has not been successful for some people. I was initially skeptical that one product could replace the time and careful layering of priming, concealing, BB cream and foundation, however was pleasantly surprised and thrilled with the smooth, even texture on my skin. After initially shaking the bottle and priming the sponge applicator, then testing on my hand, it was simple to apply in a gentle dabbing motion to the face. I am 45 years old and recently gone through 2 open heart surgeries in the last year. So, needless to say, my skin has been put through the wringer! Best of all, the simple one bottle with applicator built in meant I could easily apply while in hospital from my bed to perk myself up when feeling down. The 4-in-1 has my absolute recommendation and approval!! Photos included!!

I've seen this around for a while and wanted to try it but usually stick to my brand of many years. I normally buy new products and head straight back to my usual but this came up on offer so I decided to try it and I'm so glad I did! As I'm getting older I'm finding my skin looks dry and cakes with certain foundations which is not a good look or the moisturising ones turn oily but this product is a game changer! I love it! a little goes a long way, My skin looks dewy and flawless all day. I don't want full coverage and feel it covers enough for me. Only issue I have is that it was really difficult to get into with the little cellophane thing.
Yes, I recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this product so much! I found it to be almost an exact dupe for the Charlie tillbury Hollywood filter. This product gives you the most natural beautiful luminous glow! It gives you light to medium coverage. This product has many uses. It can be used under or over your foundation. I loved using it by itself when doing no make up make up looks it leaves your skin looking healthy and glowy. This formula is very thin and hydrating it worked great for my dry to normal skin type. This shade matched great with my skin tone I an light -medium. I first thought this shade was going to be too light but it was perfect! I highly recommend.

I am always on the search for products that can shorten my morning routine. This product has done just that. It takes about 1 minute to apply to your face. I blended it in with a sponge after application for a more even finish. It provides light coverage and a very natural, glowy finish. For the price point it’s an even better investment. For days when you want a natural no make up look or need a product that provides quick application and all day wear… this is for you. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you want to be glowy then this is perfect for you. I got a little nervous when I first used it because my face looked so wet! Dunno if that was the primer or it mixing but then a couple minutes later it dried into the skin and looked very glowy and natural. I like a bit more coverage and for my pores to kind of disappear and this didn't do it for me. It felt very heavy on my face and kind of slick but that eventually tuned down...still felt a bit sticky. I liked the thought behind this...having everything all in one is pretty cool and it ended up working out. I probably wouldn't buy this again but I'll at least finish this bottle!

It’s really hard to find foundations that don’t make me look like Casper and also don’t make me look like an Oompa Loompa. This shade looked really dark in the package and I was very concerned however on the skin it gave me a beautiful glow and no harsh line to my neck! I did have to blend it down a little bit but it gave me a natural healthy glow. I imagine this is what people like about the charlotte tilbury flawless filter. It does change my redness and neutralizes it but it is a very light coverage. You can apply foundation over it but I am scared of cake face. Overall I really enjoyed this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stuff is an EXACT dup for Glowtion! I put the maybelline perfector on one hand and Glowtion on the other and you could not tell them apart. I love the application of the maybelline perfector. It makes it so easy to get the perfect amount on your face. Then I just blend it with a beauty blender. I then use a tinted moisturizer over it because I need a bit more coverage but when I'm in a rush, the maybelline perfector allows me to skip concealer, primer and highlighter. I haven't had any issues or reactions with this on my sensitive skin. I absolutely love this product and recommend it for anyone that needs to rush your morning routine now and then.

Unexpectedly Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I wasn’t sure what I was getting into when I bought this. I saw it all over TikTok and wanted to see if it was worth the hype. I definitely wouldn’t say it’s full coverage, but it’s 100% buildable and super dewy. It’s honestly the prettiest my makeup has looked in a long time. I put on my regular primer & foundation along with this product and it turned out so stunning. Even my boyfriend noticed a difference. I will definitely be purchasing this again. The shade wasn’t exact but it blended in to my skin so beautifully and didn’t show it was a little warmer than I am. I would 100% recommend this— it’s so lightweight and beautiful.

I like it because it can be used daily and I would combine it with my other favorite foundation. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Maybelline has this New highlighter that has a 4-in-1 formula that acts to prime, concealer, and highlighter skin while it evens out your skin tone and provides light coverage. Comes in 5 different shades. Very very light coverage. Which I love. More of a thinner liquid that have glitter in the formula. When first apply you might think it's too much glitter but after it settle in your skin it's perfect. A plus for me is that it also have a built in sponge applicator Which I love. But be very careful not to twist the cap too much, or else you will have too much of the product on the applicator. Maybelline honestly have Fabalous product. And very affordable.

Even after applying loose powder on top of it, it still gets removed. Even after 1–2 hours, if you clean your face lightly with a napkin, it comes off. I hate a foundation-like look, but this is supposed to be a BB cream, yet even the 0.0 Fair Light shade gives a brownish look. It makes fair skin look darker. And it removes easily. It even rubs off from the forehead when wearing a woollen cap. Wherever there is any kind of touch, it gets removed. I purchased it online from Canada for $28, and I am totally disappointed. 😢
No, I do not recommend this product.

It has very light coverage and a lot of glow. If you don’t have a lot to cover up and like a dewy finish this is good for that. It is very natural looking and could be a “one and done” product for a light makeup day. I personally didn’t find that it had enough coverage to be a concealer for me so I did use a separate under eye concealer for this look. I have worn it a few times under foundation and it works great for that. In order to show the product I am not wearing a foundation over it in this photo, just a little setting powder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s ok. It’s not my favorite! I think you should try it because it did give me a glowing appearance but up close you can still see redness. It is a sheer coverage so that’s understandable but I don’t feel like it really blended well into my skin and I even used a blending brush! I really do love the applicator sponge. It makes for a mess free application but because the product itself doesn’t seem to blend well you can’t just use the applicator sponge alone. Blending it in with your hands works better. It is worth the price especially on a budget and it is buildable. You can definitely make it work, it just takes a little more effort to get that glowing finish

It’s super glowy which super nice and it does even out your skin tone but unless you have absolutely perfect skin it would be beautiful on you. I ended up using it as a dewy primer and it seems to work well with concealer on top. i live for the finish though and it’s beautiful when used with concealer. It’s okay but you should just know how to use it to make it work. Don’t expect much coverage but again the finish is lovely and it would be lovely for a natural highlight that doesn’t give you texture. I don’t hate it but i’m not in love with it.

Terrible… it burns

Bought this not too long ago, started using it. First problem, when u try to open it and ACTUALLY GET PRODUCT OUT, you get some glitter infested water instead. After that the makeup itself is pretty thin, is barely foundation. So not useful. Finally, I used to have terrible eczema, on one of my worse days I decided to use this product… OH IT BURNED SO HARD J WAS CRYING. But i figured it was cos of the eczema… tried again this morning with perfectly good skin and I could feel the burning, less but still present, about to come on my skin. Do not use if u have sensitive skin. And just maybe don’t buy this that’s all… there’s not a lot of product in the bottle anyways.

It claims to be a concealer, base & corrector but it provides very little coverage and more of just a shimmer and glow. this is nice for on your body or as a hilight but for me to use this on my full face, i have to apply a light coverage foundation over. it is also rather dark as you can see in the picture the medium shade works better on my tan skin than pale or works as more of a self tanner than a cover up product.

Versatile must have!

I love the applicator tip, make things super easy. Side note, I have the Maybelline concealer with the same applicator tip and love it. I love how this product can be just about anything you want it to be. Primer✔️ concealer ✔️ highlighter ✔️ BB cream ✔️ base plus corrector✔️ illuminator✔️ bronzer✔️ Also, crazy thing is. although in the Swatch on my arm that you will see in the included picture looks so much darker, once I blended it in it actually looked fantastic. I love the shimmer it has to it as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be as honest as possible, I am not sure what this product is supposed to do. On the packaging it says it’s a primer, concealer, highlighter and BB cream, but I don’t see this doing all of those things to be honest. I think this is highly beneficial as a bronzer or a liquid highlighter maybe, but I do not see this as an all over face BB cream/tinted moisturizer/concealer at all. I get that maybelline was trying to achieve 4-in-1, it-can-do-all type of product but this honestly is not it for me. I will give points for pigmentation the shimmer is not tacky it’s not chunky at all and it is a nice beautiful shade but I just don’t see this working as a one-size-fits all product.

Not bad, but…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When first receiving the Instant Perfector I was a little confused, because the color itself looks a lot darker from the outside, BUT there was no need to worry about this. The instant perfecto contains: a primer, concealer, highlighter and BB cream. If you’re looking for a product that is smooth with a lot of thicker sparkles, you’ll love this product. I noticed because it has those glittery specs it made my clogged pores/pimples pop out a bit. It really does look great on the skin, but rather than using it all over I recommend using a tiny amount or possibly even using it as a highlighter. The coverage is very minimal, but it does give your skin that flashy glow (great for photos).

Fun Highlight Pop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came at the perfect time for summer! I liked that this product was shimmery. I have been using it to go with my highlight because it adds a glow and sparkle. Something I wish I would have known, is that this product is much darker than you would think. I got the light to medium, and even with my bronzer I thought it was pretty dark. I don’t know what else I would use it for besides like a contour or highlight. It blends a little, but creates visible lines on your skin. I blended it into my highlight with a sponge. I do love the summer glow it gives! I would love to try a lighter shade as well. I’m thinking of possibly using it in the corners of my eye shadow or with my eyeshadow.

The applicator is nice, it’s a sponge top that you add product to by twisting. The coverage is very light, the product is VERY shimmery. I would consider this more of a highlighter and wouldn’t apply this to my entire face. It blended fine with a beauty blender as well as with my fingers. I didn’t like the look when I applied it all over my face as it was too much of a highlighter for me, but when I put some bb cream over it, it did give a nice glowy look. Overall, it wasn’t bad, but definitely not for all over the face use.

My Thoughts on the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind P

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, so I’ve given this product a try after about a month of not doing any makeup. I will say it’s not bad but it does have its flaws. Considering that this does act as a concealer, which I love to use to brighten my eyes and as a base for my eyeshadow, this for me was not full coverage. If I had to give it a shot, I’d say it’s about medium at most. There is a highlight to this which I thought was cute. Otherwise the only complaint I had was that this product does not act like a full coverage concealer, which is something I enjoy a lot. Even with the flaws I’d recommend this product to everyone.

Not convinced it can do all 4 things

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave this product a fair chance and tried it out several days and I just don’t think it’s for me. It appears very wet and glistening, almost oily on application and then after settling in a bit it looks glittery. It didn’t do anything in terms of concealing as this was very sheer and layering the product just resulted in more shine rather than coverage. I even tried it with setting powder over the top but it was still too much. As a highlighter this seems great though! I would rather use this just to highlight areas but maybe other folks might like an all over glow. Glad I gave it a try though!

After receiving advice over the phone from Maybelline Australia, I purchased Instant Perfector 4-in-1 Glow Foundation Makeup, as my all time go to Dream BB Fresh Cream in Medium was discontinued. The result was irritated, watery eyes and a runny nose, plus a rash along side my nose.
I'm not sure what differed in the ingredients but I am dissapointed as I love Maybelline products.
No, I do not recommend this product.
