    Love the lip colour, hate the amount wasted

    I have been using Maybelline super stay 24 colour for over 10 years, have purchased at least 100 of these over the years. My favourite colours are 150, 055 and 60. I do have an issue with the amount of lip colour that is wasted in the container as the applicator brush just doesn't quite reach the top and bottom of the container.

    Long lasting but nothing more

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got to try these for review. Let me start by saying that the packaging is quite compact and pretty. The product is extremely easy to put on and the tip allows very precise application. However, the formula sits on the lips and on smiling you can see the cracks of missed color. Don't put this formula on without bugging your lips, smallest flaws are also highlighted. The formula lasts well on drying and doesn't transfer to cups but it feels very dehydrating (moisturizer helps just a bit) on the lips. Also, I was able to remove it easily by rubbing some baby oil but it feels to have a rubbery texture... overall not sure if I want to buy it ..

    Couldn't Believe It Wouldn't Smudge!

It is a bright & deep red shade which I loved as soon as I saw it, but I was a bit skeptical about it not smearing/transferring. I really like the scent it has and I applied it according to the instructions. As I waited 2 minutes, my lips started feeling a bit dry, but as soon as I applied the balm over them, they were immediately moisturized, shiny and beautiful. The most important thing is that it really did not smear! My husband was amazed when I kissed him and none of the color transferred over! I'm really glad I received this to test & review because it really is a great product! The opinions shared are my own.

    Long Lasting Lip Color

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am always on the lookout for the next long-wearing lip color. This is one of the better ones. It lasted 6 hours for me and that is much longer than other lip colors. (Also, I didn't eat overly greasy foods for this test). The clear end is imperative to keep dryness to a minimum although avoiding dry lips at all is probably not going to happen. Super Stay is a great product to wear for parties or nights out on the town when you want a perfect red lip but don't want to spend time reapplying it every half hour. I found that the lipstick tends to fade from the inside part of my lips first so I would apply more to the inner lip next time.

    Not the best one I've tried

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the colors in025 Keep Up The Flame and 136 Constant Frost in my Influenster box. First of all, I do really like the 025 color but 136 was really not for me. 136 was way to frosty for my taste. They are both super pigmented and glides on the lips quite well. However, they're a bit drying and slightly flaked off my lips after a couple hours. Even though the packaging instructs to apply the lip color BEFORE the balm on the other side, I like applying the balm before the lip color so my lips are more hydrated. This helps with the dryness. The balm smells very nice and feels like a nivea lip balm. Overall, this is a so-so product for me.

    Great Liquid Lipstick

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When first received this product, I was hesitant as to how well this would compare with other liquid lipsticks that I own. Let me just say that this really impressed me!!! Maybelline's SuperStay 24 lasted all day with no touch-ups and it was 100% transfer proof. What I loved most was the hydrating balm that you can reapply as needed. No more dry lips while wearing lipstick!!! My only issue with this product is how sticky it feels when I first apply the color. Besides that, I definitely plan to get more shades after testing Constant Toast & Keep Up The Flame! NOTE: I tested Maybelline SuperStay 25 for free, and this was my honest opinion.

    Great Lip Color

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as a free sample so the color was not one I would have chosen normally. I put it on as the instructions said and it lasted for quite awhile until I took it off. I have five children and my oldest said ew mom now you are going to leave marks on us when you kiss us bye. I said no I won't and gave her a kiss on the cheek and she freaked out then looked in the mirror and was shocked. (Her grandmother uses a lipstick that leaves marks that are near impossible to get off without makeup remover) She liked it almost more than me and said she wanted some too. I will definitely be buying a shade that I will use more often than 205 (bright red)

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never wear lip color. Ever. I don't have time for the maintenance of it. Between chasing my toddler and day to day living, I rarely have time to check on my appearance. Super Stay 24 Hour Lip Color has saved the day! After an easy application, I was ready to go on with my day. I ran errands and received so many compliments! The color didn't budge until lunch time. However, I ate a piece of greasy pizza, so I believe the oil is responsible for that. The inner edges came off, leaving me looking a little like a crazy person. Nothing a little reapplication wouldn't fix. I received this product as part of a contest. All opinions are my own.
