    I love this mascara!

    This mascara is really special. I tend to try others but I always go back to this one. It's the perfect daytime mascara. It looks so natural and really created fluttery lashes. The best part is that I feel it actually helps my lashes grow! Or at least stay strong and not break as much. When I use other mascaras for over a week, I find my lashes are in worse condition than when I started using it bc they tend to dry them out. But because full n soft has conditioning ingredients, it's actually good for my lashes as I'm wearing it. I love this stuff and will continue buying and recommending. Although I wish it came in other colors like brown.

    Disappointed

    After several tries I am severely disappointed from my expectations for this mascara. I hate the crunchy lash feeling which is why I tried Full N Soft, and indeed it is not crunchy but it completely lacks volume and curl-holding power. It does separate the lashes well and doesn't flake, but gives no volume. The formula went on fine the first couple times but it seemed to really dry out after that, wayyy too fast! Also I noticed it significantly thinned out my lashes compared to the mascara I was using before. The last reason alone would make me want to stop using it. I wish my experience had turned out much better, so time to try something else.

    Heard great reviews about this mascara until I tried it. Started to react with itchy eyelids an hour later, then it progressed into full-blown swelling and oedema 12 hours on. Had to get a prescription for prednisolone as antihistamines/ibuprofen did not touch it. Have never reacted to a mascara before - this is the first time. Just be careful upon use.

    Maybelline discontinued brownish black! Since I am naturally blonde, I wear mascara 24/7 because my eyelashes look non existent without it. This was the only mascara I bought since it looked natural and stayed on, but washed off easily. Sadly, this mascara only comes in black now, like many other mascara products. I have found a suitable replacement from another brand but still miss Full N Soft and will not wear black since it too harsh on me. Please help those of us who need brown shades of mascara by bringing lighter shades back. It is difficult to find any shade but black nowadays across all brands.

    Please Bring Old Formula Back!!

    Used this for literally decades. Was the absolute best Mascara of all brands. The brush is unparalleled. However, after my recent purchase I noticed a horrible smell and it started clumping and flaking. Thinking I bought an old one.. I bought another. The same thing. Just searched the web for other complaints and I'm glad to see I'm not the only one. Maybeline - please don't short cut this product. I promise you'll lose more than you'll save. Please conduct a formula check because something is very off. Now I have 4 packs that I've wasted money on and won't use. Please resolve this for your customers.

    Gives gorgeous lashes!

    This is THE PERFECT MASCARA if you want your lashes to look like your own, but fuller and longer. It also goes great with falsies that are soft and fanned out. It doesn't look like you're wearing any mascara when you put this on, nor does it ever clump, no matter how many layers you apply. Fantastic! I'm convinced that this is a necessary product that should be a staple in every woman's stash, because there are just some days when you want to look natural and fresh, and there aren't any other mascaras on the market that can do the job as well (I've tried most of them over the years). It's consistently great quality and there's a very good reason why it has such a loyal following.

    I use this mascara ever since I started wearing makeup and my friend saw me buying a waterproof mascara and told me it makes your eyelashes fall out (I had been wondering why that was happening...) the name describes it quite accurately as opposed to a vague 'SENSATIONAL'. I love the fluffy brush and it evenly distributes the product as opposed to grouping a lot of my lashes into one awkward thick triangle. Its not gaudy and clumpy like others Ive tried. This mascara applies nicely and while it is subtle it has a beautiful effect for all of us everyday beautiful non advertisement model women!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I could, I would give this mascara zero stars. The first time I applied it, my lashes looked very pretty, full, and dark. The next time I used it (three days later)...the first eyelashes full soft, on the second eye mascara was clumpy and eyelashes were stiff and spikey. The next day I made sure all traces of makeup were gone. I applied it again, thick clumpy, spikey lashes, took forever to dry, and it smeared everywhere. The size of the brush makes it impossible to apply on lower lashes especially if they are fine like mine. On top of everything else, my lashes feel hard and stiff. I have yet to purchase anything from Maybelline that I like. From now on, I will stick with loreal products.
