[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product from Influenster. I am very picky about mascaras, but I definitely think Maybelline makes the best ones from the drugstore. Big Shot gave great length and volume. I had flirty lashes that did not smudge through the day. For me, my biggest lash issue is keeping my straight lashes curled, and this isn't the ideal mascara from that (although I'd be interested to see if the waterproof formula does a better job of holding curl). Overall, if your not looking for a mascara to keep curl, then this is a great option. For straight lash ladies like me, I prefer the Lash Sensational.

Makeup routine. I use mascara cause my eyelashes are very light so you can barely see them and there long! When I used the big colossal mascara is made my lashes look so full and dark I loved it! I was surprised it lasted all day in place and I took it off before bed so it's great! I loved that it separated my lashes and they didn't look clumped like tarantulas which is a plus in my book! Overall it does as described and I found my new mascara!

I received this from influenster the other day, I tried it and I absolutely love it! My lash hairs are naturally fine, so I need as much help as I can get from a mascara. This stuff really does make them look THICK, without looking clumpy like I have tarantulas on my eyes, and it doesn't make my lashes hard. It also builds well, (just don't allow it to dry in between coats) which is important to me because I like a couple of layers. These picture really does it very little justice, because it looks even better in real life. Very Impressed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE this mascara! I have naturally longer lashes and have a very difficult time finding a mascara that doesn't turn my lashes into a clumpy mess - usually I have to end up buying two separate mascaras, one for length/volume and another to de-clump. With the Colossal Big Shot mascara my lashes look like falsies, in a good way ;), beautifully fanned out. I gave the product 4 stars because it does make my lashes dry/stiff which was difficult for layering in my experience (although I didn't need many additional layers for big dramatic lashes).

Great to complete a look!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this for free from Influenster to try and give an honest review. I like the fact that this mascara gives length and volume. Also, the depth of color is always something I look for. Initially, when I tried this product, I wasn't as impressed as my previous mascara choice. The more that I use it, the more I like the product. I just saw on this website that we aren't supposed to let the mascara dry between coats - which is what I was doing. This was probably causing the clumped effect I was experiencing, but now that I tried it without drying, it creates the more desired effect. I would definitely recommend this to friends or family.

Love this Mascara!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have medium length eyelashes and these really made them shine -- almost as if they looked like I was wearing fake lashes! They were long and beautiful.
I was impressed that it wasn't clumpy at all. The brush was very gentle and the mascara went on nicely.
I did have to re-apply in the evening, but that was mainly because of personal preference. I just wanted them to look even fuller, and it totally worked.
I am rating this 5 stars because it works, it lasts a long time, and I will now be a future purchaser of this mascara.

Not for me, but good for everyday.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this mascara in 'waterproof' from Influenster for review purposes only. Usually, I really love Maybelline mascaras and their brand in general. But this mascara didn't really do anything too special for me. It made my lashes look average, and didn't add any volume or length that I was anticipating. Also, the formula was very dry. I'm only assuming it's because I received a waterproof version and not a washable version. As a result, the product flaked in my eyes quite a bit too. I don't think I would repurchase this for myself, but for someone looking for an everyday mascara, I would recommend. Just don't buy the waterproof!
